残るのを防止するために使用される。そこで、濯ぎ助剤
としては、スポットの発生を防止して短い時間で乾燥さ
せることが要求される。また、スプレー後の濯ぎ水は循
環されて洗浄水として使用されるため、低泡性であるこ
とが望ましく、さらに、人体に対する安全性への配慮も
