A folded plate roof formed by joining the edges of a plurality of iron plates bent in a V shape to each other by overlapping or joining by means such as goby tightening to form a continuous W shape has a large space such as a factory. Widely used in buildings. This is because the beam can be easily attached to the top end of the beam by fixing it through a tight frame to cover a wide space, but the heat insulation and confidentiality of precision machinery factories, spinning factories, etc. In the case of a building where the property is required, in particular, a heat-insulating double-folded plate roof in which a heat insulating material such as grass worm is filled between the upper and lower roofing materials arranged in double layers is adopted. In that case, the upper roofing material and the lower roofing material are connected by a metal fitting having a heat insulating structure, and various techniques have been conventionally proposed for this heat insulating connection. For example, in the heat insulating support shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-51916, the L-shaped part, which forms the rising part from the mounting part to the tight frame, is made symmetrical so as to be a metal support body and made of synthetic resin. The lower piece of the metal suspension is inserted and formed in the heat insulating body so as to be separated from the through hole of the heat insulating body, and the heat insulating body is fixed by bolts between the adjacent compatible upward portions, and the heat insulation is performed. The upper part of the body is located above the upper end of the coexistence part.

Further, in the heat insulating support shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-58115, the lower part of the screw punch is inserted into a heat insulating body made of synthetic resin or the like, and the heat insulating body is covered with a metal outer frame. The upper part is above the upper end of the metal outer frame, and the screw punch and the metal outer frame are separated from each other to form a heat insulating support part, and the engaging leg part is bent outward from the lower ends of both sides of the gate-shaped part. It is formed by forming both sides of the lower mounting bracket that can be pressed inward by a fastener, and fixing the metal outer frame of the heat insulating support to the gate-shaped portion of the lower mounting bracket.

The heat insulating support shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-64815 has a sloped part formed outwardly downward from both sides of the top part, and a rising side part is formed on the top face of the top part so that the rising side parts face each other. Insert the lower part of the screw punch into the upper part of the heat insulator such as synthetic resin, and fix it between the rising side parts with an appropriate gap between the lower surface of the heat insulator and the top part of the mounting bracket, The upper part of the body exists above the upper end of the compatible upward side portion, and the screw punch and the compatible upward side portion are separated from each other.

However, the conventional heat insulating double-folded plate roof has a problem in that the heat insulating connecting portion has a complicated shape and structure, is costly, and is troublesome to construct. Therefore, the present invention has been made by paying attention to the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is that the shape and structure of the members are simple and have sufficient strength, and the insulation double layer is easy to install. It is to provide a folded plate roof to solve the conventional problems.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the construction procedure is such that after the tops of the underlaying materials arranged on the beam with the tight frame are fastened directly to each other and directly joined, the heat insulating washer member and the heat insulating receiving member are used. Place the pre-connected upper and lower connection fittings on the top of the lower roofing material, tighten the tightening bolts, then apply heat insulation to the upper surface of the lower roofing material, and then attach the upper roofing material to it. There is a small number of processes, such as placing and placing the tops of the adjacent roofing materials directly on each other by tightening with a goby. Especially, since the goose is tightened at one place each for the upper and lower roofing materials and the bolt is also tightened at one place, the construction is very easy and the work efficiency is good, and moreover, there is only one goose tightening place for the upper roofing material.
The number of places means that the number of places where there is a possibility of rain leakage due to poor joining due to aging or deterioration over time is the lowest.

Further, according to the present invention, a tight frame, a lower roofing material, an upper roofing material, an upper connecting fitting, a lower connecting fitting, a heat insulating washer member, a heat insulating receiving member, a tightening bolt, and a connecting member (bolt 8 in the embodiment) of the upper and lower connecting fittings. Since the number of components is small and the structure is simple, the cost is low and mass production is possible.
