統が構成されている。前記製氷部材5には製氷部材5の
所定温度を検出することにより離氷を検出する離氷検出
装置が密着されて取付けられている。また前記製氷部材
5の下方に貯氷室8及び離氷後の板氷を受け所定の大き
さの氷塊に切断する板氷切断用ヒータ装置9を設けてい
る。また機械室3には蒸発器4と共に冷凍回路を形成す
る電動圧縮機10及び凝縮器11を配置している。12は凝縮
器11の空冷用ファン及びそのモータである。また13は前
記貯氷室8内の所定氷量を検出する感温部をもった貯氷
検出装置で、氷塊の接触温度を感知して貯氷を検出する
様設定されている。14は水源に接続された給水管路15を
電気的に開閉し貯水タンク6内に製氷水を導入する給水
装置としての給水弁である。貯水タンク6内には、所定
水位を維持する排水パイプ16と、上位レベル水位17を検
出する上位水位検出装置18と、下位レベル水位19を検出
する下位水位検出装置20が配設されている。

部材5より板氷が離氷し製氷部材5が所定温度に達する
と離氷検出装置22が動作し離氷を停止させ製氷サイクル
に切換わる。離氷された板氷は製氷部材5の下部に設け
られた板氷切断用ヒータ装置9により切断され貯氷室8
に貯えられる。貯氷室8に所定量の氷塊が貯えられると
貯氷検出装置13により検出され、そのサイクルの製氷−
離氷を終了した後、板氷切断用ヒータ装置9のみを通電
して残りは全停止となる。

いるので、すばやい製氷が行なえるという効果も合せて
もっている。
