Conventional example configuration and its problems Conventionally, as a method of connecting a terminal of a stator winding of a motor and an external power supply line which is an external power supply intake portion, generally, a power supply line directing method (Fig. 7) and a connector are used. There is a connection method (Fig. 8). However, in the direct feed line system of FIG. 7, it is necessary to cover the connecting portion with a tube, and at present, it is necessary to rely on manual work. In addition, in the connector connection method shown in FIG. 8, sufficient experiment confirmation is required for the reliability of the connector portion, and since it protrudes more than the outer diameter of the motor, its use in the motor is currently limited. is there.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the basic structure is such that the terminal pin 3 is press-fitted to the winding frame 2 around which the stator winding 1 is wound,
The end of the stator winding 1 is entangled with the terminal pin 3 and soldered. FIG. 4 shows the appearance of the plate-shaped conductive metal fitting 4 integrated by the resin mold 5. The terminal pin connecting portion 4a and the external power feeding line connecting portion 4b are extended in opposite directions without overlapping each other. The plate-shaped conductive metal member 4 is insulated and fixed to the terminal pin 3 in the vertical direction by the resin mold 5 to form the terminal assembly 13 as one body. At this time, the resin mold 5 is provided with a retaining groove 10 to be fitted with the frame 9 for covering the winding frame 2. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the power supply line 6 is soldered to the respective power supply line connection portions 4b of the plate-shaped conductive metal fitting 4 group through the power supply line guide holes 11 of the resin mold 5. Therefore, the power supply line 6 is connected to the plate-shaped conductive metal fitting 4 almost vertically. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the feeder line guide hole through which the feeder line 6 passes.
The resin mold 5 is deformed from the outside of 11, for example, by the ultrasonic welding device 12, so that the power supply line 6 is not easily inserted and the detachment is prevented. Terminal assembly 13 after the connection process of the power supply line 6 is completed
Is fitted to the end of the stator winding 1 and the winding frame 2 having the terminal pins 3 which have been soldered. Next, terminal pin 3
Then, the terminal pin connection portion 4a of the plate-shaped conductive metal fitting 4 of the terminal assembly 13 is vertically soldered to obtain an electrical connection between the stator winding 1 and the power supply line 6. Also, when assembling the motor, the upper cover 7
And the lower cover 8 with the frame 9 that prevents the frame 9 from coming off.
The terminal structure has the same structure as that of the resin mold 5 and is assembled at the same time to insulate and protect the connection portion of the terminal assembly 13 and fix the motor body of the connection portion. When there are many power supply lines like a stepping motor and a common line is required among them, the plate-like conductive metal fitting group 4 of the terminal assembly 13 is connected by a plurality of power supply line connecting portions 4b as shown in FIG. This is a terminal structure in which the number of connections of the power supply line 6 can be reduced by insulatingly fixing the resin mold 5 in this state.
