[Background Art] Generally, an exterior material is attached to an exterior wall panel to form a wall body of the exterior wall. However, since the exterior material was directly attached to the exterior wall panel in the related art, dew condensation occurs inside the wall body, particularly in a cold region. I was worried about. For this reason, an air layer is formed on the indoor side of the exterior material, and the upper and lower ends of this air layer are communicated with the outside to prevent dew condensation inside the wall body. However, it was impossible to prevent the dew condensation inside the room due to the humidity inside the wall coming out to the room side.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION That is, the outer wall panel of the present invention is an outer wall panel in which an air layer 7 whose upper and lower ends are open to the outdoor side is formed between the surface on the outdoor side and the exterior material 6 attached to this surface. A, the heat insulating layer 1 formed by filling the heat insulating material 9 in the frame material 8, the interior base material 2 attached to the indoor side of the heat insulating layer 1, the heat insulation layer 1 and the interior base material 2 The moisture-proof sheet 10 which is interposed between the moisture-proof sheet and the moisture-proof sheet, the moisture-proof waterproof sheet 3 disposed on the outdoor side of the heat insulating layer 1, and the waterproof layer 3 for forming the air layer 7, It is characterized in that it is composed of an exterior base bar 4 which is attached to the outside of the seat 3 and which is long in the vertical direction. If the exterior material 6 is attached to the outside side of the exterior wall panel A, the air will enter inside the wall body 12. And an air layer 7 through which air can flow is formed. Tarpaulin 3 moisture can pass between the thermal insulation layer 1
The above object is achieved by interposing a moisture-proof sheet 10 through which moisture cannot pass between the heat insulating layer 1 and the interior base material 2.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on examples. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the frame material 8 is filled with a heat insulating material 9 such as expanded polystyrene or glass wool to form a heat insulating layer 1. An interior base material 2 is attached by nailing or the like to the indoor side of the heat insulating layer 1 via a moisture-proof sheet 10 such as a high density polyethylene sheet, and an ultrafine fiber sheet of high density polyethylene is provided on the outdoor side of the heat insulating layer 1. A plurality of exterior base rails 4 are attached through a waterproof sheet 3 formed of, for example. The exterior base rail 4 is fixed to each reinforcing member 11 of the frame member 8 by nailing or the like, and is formed to be long in the vertical direction. Further, while the moisture-proof sheet 10 is impermeable to moisture, the waterproof sheet 3 is permeable to moisture, and as shown in the figure, the waterproof sheet is provided over the entire circumference of the peripheral end surface of the frame member 8. 3 is involved and attached. The moisture-proof sheet
The thickness of 10 is thicker than the thickness of the waterproof sheet 3.

Then, after the outer wall panel A formed as described above is attached to the wall of the building, the outdoor side waterproof sheet formed of asphalt felt or the like on the outdoor side thereof as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The exterior material 6 is attached via the wall 5, and in this way, the air layer 7 which is long in the vertical direction by the thickness of the exterior base rail 4 is provided between the waterproof sheet 3 and the outdoor side waterproof sheet 5. Will be formed over the entire vertical length, and the upper and lower ends of the air layer 7 are open to the outdoor side, respectively, so that air can flow vertically inside the wall 12 inside. The existing moisture can be released to the outside. Further, by forming the waterproof sheet 3 with a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet, the moisture inside the wall body 12 is positively permeated through the waterproof sheet 3 and released into the air layer 7 without staying inside. In addition, the moisture can be released to the outside along with the ventilation in the air layer 7. Further, since the waterproof sheet 3 is provided, even if moisture enters the air layer 7, this moisture does not enter the heat insulating layer 1 side, and the moisture in the heat insulating layer 1 is directed to the indoor side by the moisture-proof sheet 10. It does not come out, so there is no condensation inside the room. Furthermore, by forming the outdoor side waterproof sheet 5 with waterproof paper having a waterproof effect such as asphalt felt, it is possible to prevent water from entering the inside from the outdoor side.

[Advantages of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, since the exterior base rails which are long in the vertical direction are provided on the outdoor side surface, the exterior material of the exterior wall panel can be simply attached to the exterior side, It is possible to reliably form an air layer inside the wall body, and it is possible to remove the moisture inside the wall body by the air flowing through this air layer, and even in cold regions, dew condensation may occur inside the wall body. It can prevent it from occurring. In particular, since a waterproof sheet that allows moisture to pass through is interposed between the heat insulating layer and the air layer, moisture that has entered the air layer between the exterior material and the exterior sheet is blocked by the waterproof sheet, and Since the waterproof sheet does not enter and the moisture can pass through the waterproof sheet, the moisture in the heat insulating layer is discharged to the air layer through the waterproof sheet, so that dew condensation occurs inside. In addition, since a moisture-proof sheet that does not allow moisture to pass through is placed between the heat insulating layer and the interior base material, the moisture in the heat insulating layer may go out to the indoor side and cause dew condensation in the room. There is no such thing.
