These enclosures are constructed by fixing them to structural materials such as purlins and furring strips of construction boards, but as the surface area of the enclosure increases, many construction boards are required. Therefore, fixing a large number of these construction boards to the structural material requires a great deal of labor and time.

問題点があった。Furthermore, in places where the enclosure is difficult to work, such as a roof with a large slope or a roof at a high position, walls, etc., when constructing the enclosure with building boards, make sure that the enclosure is regularly and accurately structured. There has been a problem that a skilled worker is required to install them side by side or to connect the building boards to each other in an orderly manner, and the construction cost is also high.

等を解決したものである。Therefore, as a result of earnest and repeated studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor constructed the present invention to form a rectangular frame body with a metal support member, and to form side portions below both sides of the main plate. The stepped part is formed in the middle part of the side part so that the lower side of this side part bulges inward, the bottom part is formed outward from that side part, and the outer end of this bottom part is formed. A plurality of building boards with rising portions are provided on the surface of the frame body so that the rising portions of both outermost building boards and the side portions of the frame body are substantially on the same plane. Caps in which the bottoms of the legs are fixed with fasteners, legs are formed on both sides of the upper face, and a fitting step is formed in the middle of the legs so that the lower side of the legs bulges outward. Material was inserted between the sides of adjacent building boards, the fitting step was fitted to the mating step, and the interior decorative board was fixed to the back of the frame body. The outer enclosure can be constructed efficiently, the transportation and construction can be carried out very efficiently, the rain is relatively good, and the strength of the enclosure can be improved. It has been resolved.

First, the metal frame A is composed of a plurality of supporting members 1, 1, ... having a U-shaped cross section and is configured in a rectangular shape such as a rectangle or a square. The width direction and the longitudinal direction of the material coincide with the width direction and the longitudinal direction of the frame body A. The length of the frame A in the longitudinal direction has a length from the ridge to the eaves when the panel material is used for the roof (see FIG. 2), and when it is used for the wall. Has the same length as the height of this wall.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, when the width of the building board B is L, the widthwise dimension of the frame A is determined so that the numerical value n · L obtained by multiplying L by the integer n is determined. There is. This specific multiple is determined in consideration of the construction site, strength, price and the like. A reinforcing member 2 having the same shape as the supporting member 1 or an appropriate shape may be provided inside the frame A (see a chain line in FIG. 1).

There is. That is, the fitted step portion 6 is formed such that the lower side of the side portion 5 bulges inward (see FIGS. 3 and 5). As shown in FIG. 5, the portions of the side portions 5, 5 below the fitted step portions 6, 6 are formed in an arc shape so as to face outward and downward. Bottom portions 7,7 are formed outside the lower ends of the side portions 5,5, and substantially vertical rising portions 8,8 are formed from the outside of the bottom portions 7,7. The upper ends of the rising portions 8 and 8 have inwardly folded edges 8a and 8a which are bent and formed as necessary. Further, the main plate 4 has a reinforcing rib 4a.
May be integrally formed by a press or the like. In this embodiment of the reinforcing rib 4a, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the main plate 4 is oriented in the width direction, has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and is formed so as to bulge upward and form a groove below the top thereof. It was done.
The reinforcing rib 4a may have any shape as long as it effectively reinforces the building board B, and is not limited to the above shape.

Steps 6 and 6 to be fitted are formed in the middle part of the bottom parts 7 and 7, and the bottom parts 7 and 7 are formed outward from the lower ends of the side parts 5 and 5. A plurality of building boards B, B, ...
And the bottom 7 of each of the outermost building boards B, B and the side portions of the frame A are substantially flush with each other, and the bottoms 7 are fixed to each other. Fix it with the tool 10 and form legs 12, 12 on both sides of the upper surface 11, so that the lower side of the legs 12, 12 bulges outward. The cap material C forming 13 is inserted between the side portions 5 and 5 of the adjacent building board A, the fitting step portions 13 and 13 are fitted to the fitted step portions 6 and 6, and the frame body thereof is formed. By using the panel material in which the interior decorative plate 14 is fixed to the back surface of A, first of all, by using the panel material of the present invention, the outer envelope and its interior can be configured easily and quickly at the same time. 2 can be efficiently transported and stored,
Thirdly, various effects such as a relatively good rain finish can be obtained.

By fixing the interior decorative board 14 to the back side of the body A, by attaching the panel material to the cross beam D of the structure, the building boards B and B can be attached at once and the interior decorative board 14 can be attached. Can be done at the same time.
That is, the exterior such as the roof and the interior such as the ceiling can be constructed at the same time.

That is, building board B, cap material C, interior decorative board
If the 14 and fasteners 10 etc. are individually transported from the factory to the site, it is extremely troublesome not only for handling but also for loading and unloading.Furthermore, even when stored, small parts such as fasteners 10 are lost. Although there is a problem that arises, it is possible to prevent the parts from being lost and improve the storage efficiency by gathering the main parts in the frame A like the panel material of the present invention.

Even if it penetrates into the space between the two, a bottom portion 7 is formed on the building board B from the lower ends of the side portions 5 and 5, and a rising portion 8 is formed from the outer end of the bottom portion 7.
Since the invading rainwater is formed,
Therefore, it is possible to prevent further invasion into the room, and the side portion 5, the bottom portion 7 and the rising portion 8 form a gutter-shaped portion. There are 10 fasteners in this gutter-shaped portion. And the side parts 5,5 of the building boards B, B and the leg parts 12, 1 of the cap material C.
Rainwater entering from 2 can be easily drained to the outside, and the rain of the panel material can be made relatively good.

Since 8, 8 and the side portion of the frame body A are substantially on the same plane, when this panel material is installed side by side, the rising portions 8, 8 of the adjacent panel material can be brought into contact with each other. The cap material C can be connected, and even at this connection portion, the weather resistance (watertightness) of the building boards B, B between the panel materials can be made good.

It can be installed at a pitch, and if such a panel material of the present invention is installed on the structure at the site, the workability is better than that where building boards B, B, ... are installed one by one. Not only is it possible to construct an enclosure that is superior in appearance. In particular,
According to the panel material of the present invention, even if the building is difficult to work on the site, such as a high part of the roof or wall of the structure, and the building boards B, B, ... are difficult to be attached accurately, the building is very regularly arranged.
