2. Description of the Related Art Generally, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a hot air heater of this type is provided with a duct 22 in a main body 21, and a combustion cylinder 23 is arranged in the duct 22. The wind from the propeller fan 24 provided on the back side is mixed with the combustion gas from the combustion tube 23 to form warm air, and this warm air is blown out forward from the air outlet 25 on the front surface of the main body 21. .

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the one using the propeller fan 24 as a fan for supplying warm air as in the above conventional warm air heater,
As a characteristic of the propeller fan 24, the combustion gas from the combustion cylinder 23 deviates to the right side for right rotation and to the left side for left rotation depending on the rotation direction of the fan. Since the combustion gas is hot, the duct on the side that is biased due to the bias of the combustion gas
There is a problem that the temperature of the side surface of 22 becomes high. Therefore, there is a warm air heater having a configuration in which a side wall of the duct 22 is provided with a partition plate for partitioning the inside of the duct into a hot air passage and a cold air passage to reduce the side surface temperature of the duct 22. However, this configuration has a problem that a large amount of warm air flows into the cold air passage, so that the amount of warm air decreases and the warm air temperature rises.

Effect According to the present invention, the cooling air is caused to flow between the duct side surface and the partition plate by the structure described above, thereby partially closing the cold air passage inlet while reducing the temperature of the duct side surface. Is suppressed and has the effect of preventing an increase in warm air temperature.

Example One example of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. Reference numeral 1 is a main body, in which a duct 2 is provided. Reference numeral 3 denotes a propeller fan, for example, a clockwise rotation that supplies warm air into the duct 2, and is attached to the back surface of the main body 1 via a fan guard 4. Reference numeral 5 is a burner arranged in the duct 2, 6 is a combustion cylinder arranged in the duct 2 so as to cover the burner, the upper part of which is open, and a plurality of holes are formed in the upper part for purifying exhaust gas. A catalyst 7 is provided. A hot air outlet 8 is provided on the front surface of the main body 1, and is open at the outlet of the duct 2. A louver 9 is provided at the outlet 8. Reference numeral 10 denotes a partition plate provided in the duct 2, which is mounted parallel to the rotation direction of the propeller fan 3, that is, in parallel with the right side surface of the duct 2 in this embodiment, and the upper rear end 10 of the partition plate 10 is provided.
The upper half of the inlet of the cold air passage 11 is closed by bending a.

In the above structure, the wind 12 from the propeller fan 3 mixes with the combustion gas 13 generated from the burner 5, becomes warm air, and is blown out from the air outlet 8. At this time, the propeller fan 3 is rotating to the right, and the high temperature combustion gas 13 discharged from the combustion cylinder 6 is biased to the right side of the duct 2, but the partition plate 10 causes the duct 2 to have a warm air passage 14 and cool air. Since it is partitioned by the passage 11, the hot combustion gas 13 does not directly contact the side surface of the duct 2. Further, the partition plate 10 has an effect of blocking radiant heat from the combustion tube 6. Therefore, the temperature of the right side surface of the duct 2 can be reduced.

Also, the upper rear end 10a of the partition plate 10 is bent to cool the cold air passage 11
The upper half of the inlet is closed to suppress the amount of air flowing through the cold air passage 11. As a result, it is possible to suppress an increase in the temperature of the warm air caused by attaching the partition plate 2 without losing the effect of reducing the side surface temperature of the duct 2.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As is clear from the description of the above embodiments, according to the present invention,
By arranging the partition plate in the duct and closing a part of the inlet of the cold air passage composed of the partition plate and the side surface of the duct,
It is possible to reduce the temperature on the side surface of the duct while suppressing the influence on the warm air temperature.
