した下側の多数の孔を有する集合管2の両端に送水す
る。又この集合管2には処理剤注入管3を介して例えば
粘土鉱物とAl2O3及びFe2O3の無機酸との粉末状反応生成
物から成る処理剤を注入し、この処理剤と上記送水され
た原水を処理枠1への流入直前混合しながら上記集合管

から上記処理水流出口が形成されている下流端に向かっ
て流れながら浮上するが、下流端に到着するまでには完
