体を下降させる下降路を形成し、前記搬入コンベアの先
端部に横架されたコンベアローラには前記搬入コンベア
の上面の上下方へ出没して前記搬入コンベアの先方への
箱体の搬送を阻止及び許容するストッパを前記コンベア
ローラの周りへの周回可能に添装し、前記両コンベア間
に設置されたシリンダのピストン軸には前記コンベアロ
ーラと平行で円弧動可能に横架された可動軸と、この可
動軸の左右端部にそれぞれ連繋されて前記可動軸の円弧
動動作によって前記下降路の両側を昇降する左右1対の
昇降部材とが組込まれた左右1対の4節リンク機構を連
結し、前記両昇降部材間にはこの両昇降部材に傾動可能
に連結されて前記下降路を水平姿勢で平行移動する箱受
台を横架し、前記下降路の下端には前記箱受台が下降端
へ下降したときにこの箱受台の反搬出方側端部の下降を
規制して同箱受台を前記搬出コンベア側へ下傾した傾斜
姿勢に変換させる規制部材を設置したことを特徴とする
箱体用搬送ユニット。1.
