成形した吸着剤21と、その上流側近傍に、吸着剤21を加
熱する加熱ヒータ22を配置して構成している。一方、前
記浄化部19はハニカム状に成形した触媒23と、その上流
側に配置し、浄化部19に導入される空気流を再加熱する
再加熱する再加熱ヒータ24および触媒23の下流側に配置
し、浄化中に運転する補助送風機25とで構成している。
さらに、前記排出用送風機15近傍の排煙ダクト17内に圧
力センサーを使用した外風の強さを検知する外風検知手
段26を設けるとともに、この出力信号を利用して排出用
送風機15あるいは補助送風機25の送風性能を制御すると
ともに調理中および浄化中に合わせて排出用送風機15お
よび補助送風機25の動作を切り替える制御手段27を設け
ている。すなわち、本実施例の制御は、予め外風が加わ
らない時の排煙ダクト17内の圧力を、外風検知手段26で
検知して制御部27に記憶させ、外風が加わった時の排煙
ダクト17内の圧力の上昇を外風検知手段26で再度検知
し、両検知量の差が無くなるように排出用送風機15ある
いは補助送風機25を制御するものである。一方、前記バ
イパス路20の入口には、バイパス路20の入口あるいは排
煙ダクト側通路28のいずれか一方を選択閉止するダンパ
ー29を設けていると同時に補助送風機25の送風量は排出
用送風機15の送風量より、かなり少流量に設定してい
る。また、前記バーナ部12の近傍には火炎の着火状態を
確認する燃焼確認手段30を設けるとともにこの出力信号
を利用して前記ダンパー29の開閉や排気送風機15および
補助送風機25の動作を前記制御部27で制御するようにし
