(Prior Art) The back surface (the surface for receiving a spring) of a cushion body conventionally formed of polyurethane foam is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 52-105980.
No. 58-138622, a coarse blanket made of polyester with a basis weight of about 100 g / m 2 and a thickness of about 1 mm is used as a supporter material in order to prevent damage to the back surface of the cushion body by a spring. It is used. However, such a supporter material has a problem that the polyurethane foaming stock solution exudes to the frame contact surface side through the supporter material when integrally molded with the polyurethane foam, and as a result, the frame and the polyurethane layer are rubbed and an abnormal noise is generated. For this reason, for example, a silicone mold release agent is applied to the mold, or silicone or a mold release agent is sprayed on a polyurethane foam in a later step to lower the friction coefficient and prevent abnormal noise. There is a problem that abnormal noise is generated over time because the effect of preventing abnormal noise by the silicone or the release agent is short.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The present invention attaches a supporter material to a back mold of a foaming mold including a back mold for molding a back surface side portion of a foamed product and a front surface mold for molding a front surface side portion, and a polyurethane is provided in the mold. In a method for manufacturing a sheet pad in which a foaming undiluted solution is injected and foam-molded to integrate a supporter material on the bottom surface of a sheet pad made of polyurethane foam, the supporter material has an air flow rate of 60 to 26.
0cc / cm 2 / sec, thickness is in the range of 4.5-10mm, in the coordinates of thickness (horizontal axis) and air flow rate (vertical axis), (4.5,60),
(7.5,260), (10,140) A woven or non-woven fabric within a range in which three points are connected by a straight line.

The manufacturing method of the present invention is characterized by using the specific supporter material as described above as the supporter material. By using such a supporter material, the urethane foaming undiluted solution does not penetrate the supporter material, and accordingly, no abnormal noise is generated due to friction between the frame and the polyurethane layer.

In the present invention, acrylic, cotton, etc. may be used as the woven fabric, and coarse blanket such as acrylic, polyester, etc., felt, etc. may be used as the non-woven fabric. For example, as a method for producing a non-woven fabric used as a supporter material, (a) a mechanical bonding method represented by needle punching, (b) a chemical bonding method in which the adhesive fibers are directly sprayed or impregnated with the adhesive and dried, C) After opening a short fiber aggregate having a long fiber length, an arbitrary method such as a method of impregnating a layered body obtained by spreading and spreading with a thermoplastic or thermosetting synthetic resin binder and drying is adopted.

In the present invention, the ventilation amount of the supporter material is 5 to 300 cc / cm 2 / se.
c, the thickness must be in the range of 0.6 to 10 mm, and the range of the shaded area in FIG. 1 is preferable. That is, in FIG. 1, a supporter material having characteristics in a range in which four points indicated by coordinates (0.6,5), (10,5), (10,300), and (6,300) are connected by a straight line is preferable, and particularly, the coordinate (4 , 50), (8,50), (8,20

If the supporter material is in a range other than the shaded area in the graph of Fig. 1, and the air flow rate is more than 300cc / cm 2 / sec, the polyurethane foaming stock solution is used when the foaming pressure is high, such as polyurethane cold cure foam. However, since it penetrates the supporter material, the noise may occur due to the friction between the frame and the polyurethane layer. Also, if the air flow rate is less than 5 cc / cm 2 / sec, voids (air pockets) may occur at the interface between the supporter material and the polyurethane layer, causing interfacial peeling and the problem that integration cannot occur. is there. Further thickness is 10 mm
If it exceeds the range, it is unsuitable because it is difficult to set it in the mold and it does not fit in the mold.

Example 1 A non-woven fabric made of polyester fiber having a basis weight of 260 g / m 2 , a thickness of 5 mm, and an air flow rate of 200 cc / cm 2 / sec was attached to a back mold of a foaming mold, and then a core density of 0.055 g / cm 3 , 25 was applied to the front mold. % Compression hardness 1
Polyurethane foam stock solution is injected and foamed to 3.0 kgf / 314 cm 2, and the polyurethane foam with a thickness of 70 mm and the above non-woven fabric do not exude the polyurethane foam stock solution to the frame contact surface side, and the boundary between the supporter material and the polyurethane foam. A composite sheet pad integrated with no voids (air pockets) on the surface was obtained.

The sound pressure generated by rubbing the sheet pad obtained above with a steel frame in a constant temperature and humidity chamber at 2 ° C. and 30% RH was measured by an acoustic intensity analyzer manufactured by Ono Sokki Co., Ltd. . On the other hand, the sound pressure was similarly measured in a sheet pad using a conventional product of 100 g / m 2 in weight and a 1 mm thick polyester rough blanket as a supporter material, and in a constant temperature and constant humidity chamber to confirm the effect.
