くなり、洗い残しが生じるようになっているが、これを
全体が洗い流せるようにすると、ヘッドランプに当突す
ることなく周囲に飛散する洗浄水が生じて洗浄水の使用
量が増大し、洗浄効率が低下すると共に、中心部と外周
部が洗浄差が生じる問題を有していた。

拡散するように噴射形状制御すると共に、洗い残しを生
ずることがなく、且つ水量の限定された洗浄水を有効に
利用してヘッドランプ全面を均一に洗浄することができ
るヘッドランプクリーナ用超広角ノズルを提供すること
を目的とするものである。

浄水を自動車のヘッドランプに噴射洗浄して投光率の回
復を図るヘッドランプクリーナにおいて、洗浄水供給部
と連通する短筒部の筒壁と、該短筒部の端部に該筒壁の
内壁より僅かに後退した位置に構成した頂部壁の端壁面
により、渦流形成腔部を構成すると共に、上記頂部壁の
前端を嘴状に形成し、かつ該頂部壁に正面形状が適宜曲
率にて下方に凹状に彎曲した水切縁を構成し、該水切縁
に対応して、上記短筒部の前半部上端に正面形状が上方
に凹状に彎曲すると共に、その端面が筒壁に向かって僅
かに傾斜下降する彎曲縁を形成し、該彎曲縁と水切縁を
両端部においてそれぞれ適宜曲率の側縁で連結した洗浄
水噴射口を上記渦流形成腔部に開口したことを要旨とす
るものである。

れる。上記短筒部1には球形基部2端から軸芯Oに穿設
した筒壁3と、短筒部1の端部に構成した嘴状頂部壁4
の端壁面5により、短筒部1の端部一側に洗浄水噴射口
6を開口した渦流形成腔部7を構成する。上記嘴状頂部
壁4の前端4aは、筒壁3の内径より僅かdに後退して成
り、該前端4aから略90度の角度αで延びる側縁4b,4b
が、筒壁3の略180度位置で交差するような平面形状を
構成すると共に、該嘴状頂部壁4の前端4aから側縁4bに
沿って徐々に垂れ幅が大きくなり、正面形状が下方に凹
状に彎曲した水切縁8を構成し、洗浄水噴射口6の上縁
部を形成している。また、9は、上記水切縁8に対応し
て、短筒部1の前半部上端に形成した彎曲縁であり、正
面形状が上方に凹状に彎曲すると共に、端面9aが筒壁3
に向かって僅か(約8度)に傾斜下降し、該彎曲縁9と
水切縁8を両端部においてそれぞれ適宜曲率の側縁10で
連結して洗浄水噴射口6の正面形状を構成している。

状化すると共に、円弧状の水切縁8と彎曲縁9及び側縁
10で規制した噴射方向に噴出し、第5図に示すような噴
射パターンを形成してヘッドランプの前面に高速度で当
突する。
