し、このキャビティに弾性ベルトの材料を投入して成形
し、成形後各金型を開けて成形品を弾性ベルトの弾性を
利用して反転させるものである。

するものである。そしてこのキャビティ5に弾性ベルト
10の材料を投入して成形し、成形されたものは、第3図
に示すように凹部11が外周面に形成された製品としては
内外が逆転した反転状態にある。この反転状態にある成
形品を弾性ベルト10の弾性を利用して反転させることに
より内周面にループに沿った凹部11を有する幅広のルー
プ状弾性ベルト10を製造する。

品を弾性ベルトの弾性を利用して反転させるので、中金
型の縮小、拡張機構をもった複雑な金型は不要となり、
金型の設備に要する費用も極めて安価となる。また、金
型の分解時に於ける工数も減少し、効率よくループ状弾
性ベルトを製造することができる。実用上は各種コンベ
アベルト、ダイミングベルト、伝導ベルト、ゴムクロー
ラ等に利用可能である。
