Further, contact with the recording surface when taking it out like a magnetic disk may cause scratches and stains on the recording surface, and it may not be possible to write a recording signal. It was even more difficult to separate and take out.

Has a rotating shaft extending in the horizontal direction above the side of the flexible work, and while rotating in the direction facing the upper surface of the stacked flexible works about the rotating shaft, the flow rate is intermittently increased. At least one air valve capable of ejecting different air is provided, and the air is blown from the air valve to the end of the stacked flexible workpieces, and the stacking can be performed by a suction disc equipped with a bending mechanism. The uppermost flexible work of the flexible works is adsorbed, and the flexible work is bent into a mountain shape and taken out to further enhance the effect of separating the works one by one.

The vicinity of the upper layer is floated by the pair of air valves 6a and 6b. The rotation direction of the air valve is the direction facing the upper surface of the flexible work 2, that is, the direction in which the flexible work is blown down, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 3 (B).

In this state, the suction plate 3 rises, but the air valves 6a and 6b blow downward intermittently with different amounts of air, so that air penetrates between the work 2a and the work 2b, and is reliably separated one by one. The structure of the air valve is such that the rotary nozzle 6 rotates around a fixed nozzle 7 extending in the horizontal direction as shown in FIG. 4 and has blowout holes which are discontinuous in the rotational direction.
The fixed nozzle 7 is arranged such that the rotary nozzle 6 and several blow-out holes 8 are always opposed to each other, and when the rotary nozzle 6 rotates, the fixed nozzle 7 is intermittent and has a different blow-out amount depending on the number of the blow-out holes facing each other. Is blown out.

The fixed nozzle 7 and the fixed nozzle 7 may be reversed. Further, the pattern of the blowing holes may be any as long as the arrangement in the direction perpendicular to the rotation direction is not the same. It should be noted that one pair of air valves may be further provided at right angles.

For example, the uppermost surface is chucked by a picked-up portion (here, the suction plate 3), and a fixed and flexible head is provided a little above, and the head is handed over to form a flexible state. In the present invention, the specific direction of bending does not matter, and it is important to surely bend in a chevron shape.

Work pieces can be reliably separated and taken out one by one at high speed.
Further, since the flexible work need only be bent, it can be handled without touching an important part of the work.
