DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial field of application] The present invention contains a hair cosmetic composition, and more specifically, contains a cationic polymer and a nonionic polymer, and is capable of firmly fixing hair and is not wet. The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic that can maintain its appearance and gloss for a long time.

Hair cosmetics generally give a pleasant feel without stickiness during hair treatment, give softness to wet hair, and can easily fix a wave, and after drying, it is easy to give a style. It is desired to provide hair that is fluffy, non-chargeable, elastic and soft to the touch, non-greasy, and shiny after hair styling.

However, a cationic polymer having these various properties cannot sufficiently impart gloss to hair, and since the coating film is sometimes too soft, a set effect of appropriate strength cannot be obtained,
Further, there is a drawback that the skin becomes sticky and the rinsing property is poor at the time of washing hair, and improvement has been desired.

Under such circumstances, the present inventors have conducted earnest research to improve the drawbacks of such a cationic polymer, and as a result, used a cationic polymer and a nonionic polymer in a specific ratio and further used mica titanium in combination. Hair cosmetics improve the above-mentioned drawbacks, form a film with appropriate hardness on the hair to give a strong set effect, make it easy to wash hair, and fix the hair bundle in a certain direction. As a result, it was found that the hair can be freely volume up or down, and the present invention has been completed.
