TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a hair rinse agent, and more particularly to a hair rinse agent composition having an excellent hair conditioning effect.

(Prior art) When the hair is washed with a shampoo containing an anionic surfactant as a main component to remove dirt on the hair, not only dirt on the hair but also oil that protects the surface of the hair are removed at the same time, resulting in loss of flexibility of the hair. However, the quaternary ammonium salt alone cannot provide a sufficient effect on flexibility and smoothness. Therefore, it has been proposed to blend oils and fats such as higher alcohols, glycerides and liquid paraffin in conventional hair rinse agents in order to improve these drawbacks. However, these methods have not yet been satisfactory, and the smoothness and flexibility of hair have been insufficient.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Therefore, as a result of intensive research for obtaining a hair rinse agent having an excellent hair conditioning effect, the present inventor has found that a bis (2-alkyl-N-hydroxyethylimidazoline) chloroacetic acid complex type amphoteric interface is obtained. The present invention has been completed by finding that a hair rinse agent containing an activator and a quaternary ammonium salt as essential components in specific amounts can achieve the above objects.
