(Prior Art) A barrel type shot blasting machine is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-50829.
It is publicly known as shown in Japanese Patent Publication. As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, this is provided with a substantially cylindrical barrel 1 ′ with one end open rotatably around its longitudinal axis and an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (perpendicular to the paper surface). By rotatably providing the device around the open end, the open end portion of the object-to-be-etched sweeping device 20 '
To the projection device 70 '(Fig. 8), a loading position to face the projection device 70' (Fig. 8), and an open end facing downwards to the projection device 70 '. It is pivotable between it and the carry-out position (Fig. 9) for discharging the substance to the discharge device 80 '.
This arrangement can remarkably enhance the work efficiency, and allowing the barrel to rotate about the longitudinal axis is effective for performing a uniform scavenging work on the work to be cleaned and It also has the effect of increasing the efficiency of the loading and unloading work.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above-mentioned conventional apparatus, the barrel 50 is surrounded by the barrel 50 in order to suppress the shot scattered to the outside of the barrel during the blasting and to reduce the noise during the work. Although it is provided, it is necessary to provide a sealable opening / closing door at a position facing the carry-in device and the discharge device. Therefore, the structure of the cabinet is complicated.

Further, the conventional one has a problem of noise. That is, during the blasting, in addition to the sound due to the shots projected, a large noise is generated due to the agitated object to be blasted by the rotational movement around the longitudinal axis of the barrel. This is a metallic sound 90
It reaches ~ 95 dB. The cabinet surrounding the barrel is usually made of steel plate, and it is effective to stretch soundproof material on the cabinet to reduce noise, but there is a problem that the sound absorbing material is damaged due to scattering of the shot during blasting. .

Regarding the problem of noise, there is a large amount of noise during the loading and unloading of the material to be ground during the blasting work described above.
It reaches 01 dB. For example, when the object to be polished is carried in by a bucket loader device, the objects to be polished contained in the pallets move with each other as the bucket tilts. Generate noise by contacting each other and colliding with the inner surface of the barrel, and when the work to be polished collides with the shout and the pallet of the discharging device.

Further, another problem in the conventional apparatus for loading the object to be polished into the barrel by the bucket loader apparatus is that the object to be polished mounted on the pallet is not completely carried into the barrel. When such a situation occurs,
If the pallet is subsequently used for receiving the ground and unpolished work piece, there is a problem that the ground and unpolished work piece is mixed with the unpolished work piece.

The bucket loader device 20 for supplying the work to be polished to the barrel is arranged adjacent to the barrel 1 so as to be aligned with the swing plane of the longitudinal axis XX 'of the barrel 1 as shown in FIG. A pair of rollers 21a and 21b are provided on both sides of the bucket 21,
The rollers 21a and 21b are guided by a pair of opposed guide rails 23 and 24, respectively. The guide rails 23, 24 are bent towards their casing 50 near their ends, whereby the bucket 21 is thereby moved from the upright down rest position shown in FIG. 3 to the fully fallen position shown as 21 'in FIG. Exercise up to. If the bucket begins to tilt during this movement, the objects to be polished collide with each other in the pallet 22 mounted on the bucket 21 to generate noise, and further, when the object to be spilled falls from the pellet 22 to the barrel 1. A loud noise is generated.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, soundproof walls 25, 26 and 27 are provided surrounding the movement path of the bucket 22. The soundproof wall 27 surrounds the guide rails 23 and 24, and the soundproof walls 25 and 26 are connected.
A soundproof wall 28 is provided on the back surface of the bucket 21.
Noise is effectively prevented from being propagated to the outside at the supply position of the object to be polished shown as 21 'in the figure.

When the barrel 1 takes the position shown by the axis X 3 -X 3 ′ in FIG. 3 , the ground and swept object is discharged from the open end of the barrel 1 by the discharge device 80.
It is discharged to the short 81. If it is discharged into the pallet 22 at the time of discharge, it may be piled up and overflow from the pallet. Since some polishing material remains in the barrel, it is desirable to remove them as much as possible. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a slidable bottom plate is provided below the shout 81. The bottom plate has an integral structure in which plates or round bars 82 are arranged at regular intervals and is pivotally supported by an axle 83. The axle 83 is guided by rails 84, so that the bottom plate 82 is slidable along the rails 84. Therefore, a roller chain 85 is connected to the bottom plate 82 and is driven by an appropriate driving device. The unpolished material to be ground is barrel 1 along with the ground material.
Is discharged from the chute 81 to the chute 81. At this time, the bottom plate 82 is directly below the chute 81 and closes the opening at the bottom of the chute 81. The object to be polished falling in the chute 81 is the bottom plate 8.
Cannot pass through the gap between the second plate or the round bar 82,
It remains on the bottom plate 82, and only the polishing and cleaning material passes through the gap between the plates or the round bars 82 and is collected in the tray 86 provided below the bottom plate 82.

By providing the bottom plate 82, the scavenging scavenger does not fall directly from the barrel 1 to the pallet 22 but stays on the bottom plate 82 once, so that the distance to be scavenged by the scavenger to be discharged from the barrel 1 is reduced. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the generation of noise at the time of dropping, and further, there is no fear that the object to be polished is damaged by the impact of dropping. Further, the object to be polished once dropped on the bottom plate 82 is then collected in the pallet 22 so that it can be evenly loaded in the pallet.

The discharging device 80 has the bucket loader device 20 on one side thereof.
Is located in a soundproof room surrounded by a soundproof wall 26, a soundproof wall 87 (FIG. 3) on the other side, and soundproof walls 88 on both sides parallel to the paper surface of FIG. There is. This makes it possible to remarkably suppress noise at the time of discharge. The soundproof wall 26 is provided with an opening 26a which allows the pallet 22 to pass therethrough, which is closed by a soundproof wall 28 provided in the bucket 21 during the discharging operation. Since the upper part of the soundproof room is closed by the cylindrical peripheral wall of the casing 50, the propagation of noise can be effectively suppressed and the structure is simple. Reference numeral 30 is a roller conveyor device for transferring the pellet 22.
