性の不織布と粒状活性炭とを交互に積層し、これらを部
分的に熱溶着するとともに不織布で全体を包み込んで周

ィルタ2と角型に形成された脱臭フィルタ3とから成
る。容器1はポリプロピレンやナイロンからなる合成樹
脂で長方形に成形され、側面11と端面12が合成樹脂で閉
塞され端面12の一方に取手13が設けられており、底面に
は格子状に形成された支持部材が配設され上面は開放さ
れている。そして格子状の支持部材には脱臭フィルタ3
が載置され、脱臭フィルタ3の上部に除塵フィルタ2が
配設されている。除塵フィルタ2はひだ折りした紙あ
るいは不織布などの材21を所要長さに裁断し、その両
側と両端とを端板22で固着し直方体形状に形成したもの
である。脱臭フィルタ3は第2図に示すように複合プラ
スチックフィラメント(融点の高い合成樹脂の中芯繊維
の周りに、融点の低い合成樹脂例えばポリプロピレンの
表面繊維を被覆することにより形成されたフィラメン
ト)を撚り合せた糸で形成した不織材31の片面に裁頭
円錐型あるいは円柱型の突起部32が設けられ、該不織
材31の突起部32間に第3図に示すように棒状または粒状
とした吸着体33を配設して不織材31と吸着体33とを交
互に積層し、更に不織布34で全体を包い込んで、弱い圧
力を加えながら熱風あるいは熱板などの加熱装置によっ
て周縁35を圧着させ一体化したものである。不織材31
に突起部32を設ける方法としては、第4図に示すように
裁頭円錐状あるいは円柱状をした凸部5を複数設けた上
型6と、該上型6の凸部5と同形状の凹部7を穿設した
下型8との間に不織布を挿入し凸部5に設けたヒーター
9で熱を加えながらプレスするとこで得られる。吸着体
33としては活性炭や活性炭に粒状としたケイ素酸化物と
アルミニウム酸化物を多結晶性の多孔物質とした脱臭剤

起す虞れがない。又、突起部の支柱により脱臭フィルタ
