ア、5はコアプレートである。射出成形後第3図に示す
ように金型を開きアンダーカット部を外しているが、実
際は射出成形と同時に第2図のアからイへ向かって樹脂
の収縮が始まりウ部のアンダカット部に白化,メクレ等

ートの金型開閉相対移動により前記第1のコアをアンダ
カット部に対し移動させるピンと、前記複数のアンダカ
ット部のうち、樹脂の充填される時期の早い側のアンダ
カット部を形成する第2のコアと、前記第2のコアをア
ンダカット部に対し移動させるシリンダとからなる射出
成形金型を用い、樹脂の射出完了と同時に、かつ型締め

発明の効果 以上のように本発明によれば、射出成形時に成形と同時
