に、貯線用キャプスタン7と、カッター8と、空ボビン
への線材巻付け装置9と、ボビン誘導装置10と、垂直移
動可能なスライドフレーム11とを設け、線材が線材製造
装置の本体1につながっている状態の満巻ボビン5の該
線材を貯線用キャプスタン7に若干量巻き移し、該キャ
プスタンと満巻ボビン5との間で、線材を巻付け装置9
で掴むと共にカッター8で切断して、満巻ボビン5をス
ライドフレーム11により上方に退避させ、ボビン誘導装
置10により、満巻ボビン5が乗っていた子台車4上に空
