These two-component type anticorrosive paints are superior in anticorrosion property to other one-component type anticorrosive paints, but because they are two-component type, they require extra labor for opening, mixing, stirring, etc. There are also restrictions on the usage time and the recoating interval. In addition, in recent years, it is not possible to meet the demand for extension of the anticorrosion period and the demand for anticorrosion under severe conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, sewage, human waste, and corrosive gas atmosphere. Furthermore, bituminous paints such as coal tar epoxy and coal tar urethane are more popular because they are cheaper and have better anticorrosion properties than epoxy-based urethane-based paints that do not contain bituminous substances. Therefore, its use has been severely restricted in fields requiring a colored topcoat finish.

う知見を得て本発明を完成させたものである。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The one-component anticorrosive paint containing butyl reclaimed rubber and / or butyl rubber as a main color-developing agent is added to the invention made to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the existing two-component anticorrosive paint. (JP 59-1050
63, hereinafter referred to as the original invention). However, the hardness of the butyl rubber anticorrosion coating does not increase, and therefore, a method of adding a tackifying resin or a bituminous material has been tried, but the tackiness of the coating film increases, and dust and the like easily adhere, On the contrary, the drying property was deteriorated and the hardness could not be increased. Furthermore, a filler was added to reduce the amount of the color-developing agent component, and an attempt was made to increase the hardness. However, although the drying property was improved, there was almost no effect on the increase in the hardness and the anticorrosion property was significantly lowered. . Therefore, an attempt was made to study various resins as the color-developing agent component without reducing the color-developing agent component, but compatibility with butyl rubber is poor for most resins, and phase separation and formation of gel-like substances do not occur. The corrosion resistance was deteriorated. Also, it has been found that these points can be improved by using a two-component system using an epoxy resin, but it is necessary to perform a two-liquid mixing operation, and since it cures over time, there is a change in viscosity after mixing and a pot life. There was a problem with sex. Therefore, in order to solve the technical problem of obtaining an anticorrosion coating capable of increasing the hardness and increasing the drying speed while being a one-component type, the present invention is a softness which is a drawback of the preceding original invention. As a result of earnestly studying the slow drying property from various angles, it is extremely effective to use a cashew oil-modified alkyd resin and / or cashew oil formalin condensate, which has not been used or studied as a heavy-duty anticorrosive paint, as a color-developing agent component. The present invention has been completed based on the knowledge that the anticorrosive property, which is the object of the original invention, is not impaired.

The proportion of them can be 10 to 80% by weight. Alternatively, polystyrene can be used, the proportion being 0-60% by weight in the total color developer.

It has excellent insulating properties and flexibility, and these properties are ideal as a color spreader for anticorrosion paints. The properties of these butyl regenerated rubbers are derived from the properties of vulcanized butyl rubber and are superior to unvulcanized butyl rubber (hereinafter simply referred to as butyl rubber).

Therefore, the butyl recycled rubber made from this material is colored black. Therefore, a butyl rubber that can be colored can be used when aesthetics are required, and a butyl recycled rubber and a butyl rubber can be used in combination when the hue has low lightness and saturation. Further, since it does not have the bleeding phenomenon unlike the bituminous material-containing paint, the appearance can be imparted by top-coating a colored topcoat paint such as a chlorinated rubber type or vinyl type.

The former is superior to the latter in curability by oxidative polymerization, but the curability of the latter can be improved by modification with a small amount of maleic acid, and the former and the latter can be mixed and used. By using these cashew resins together, it is possible to supplement the softness and slow drying property of butyl reclaimed rubber and / or butyl rubber, as well as excellent chemical resistance, water resistance, electrical insulation, and adhesion to steel plates. . These properties are superior to the cashew oil condensate, but the cashew oil-modified alkyd resin can sufficiently exert the effects of the present invention unless the environment is particularly harsh. Both can be used together. These cashew resins are in the range of 10 to 80% in the total color developing agent, and most preferably
It is suitable to use in the range of 20 to 70%. The polystyrene used in the present invention has high hardness and quick drying property,
It is a color-developing agent that complements the softness and slow-drying properties of butyl reclaimed rubber and / or butyl rubber, and is also excellent in water resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation. It is suitable to use it in the range of 0 to 60% in the total color developing agent, but if it exceeds 60%, the adhesion to the steel sheet tends to be lowered, and it is preferably used at 50% or less.
