2bには、主テーブル10がXY2軸方向の移動制御自由に取
り付けられ、その上面に水平軸12回りで割出回転駆動さ
れるインデツクステーブル11が取付板13により取り付け
られて、そのインデツクステーブル11の前面に、加工を
施すワークaが図示しない治具によつて固定されるよう
になつていて、数値制御により、主テーブル10の移動制
御とインデツクステーブル11の割り出しとが行われて、
ワークaの加工部が、タレツト5の下向きのヘツド8の
軸線の直下に順次に位置し、かつ、タレツト5の回転に
より工具8が順次に選択されて、昇降部3すなわちタレ
ツト5の下動により選択された工具8でワークaに順次
に孔加工が施されるようになつている。

が、上記のボツクス16の前面板17に取り付けられた案内
筒23内に摺動自由に挿通されている。

〜300Kg/cm2の高圧水を噴出し得るようになつている。
この3本のノズル26は夫々噴出口の形状を異にしてい
て、第4図乃至第6図に示すように、左側の第1ノズル
26aからは線状の高圧水が、中央の第2ノズル26bからは
先端側が少し拡がつた高圧水が、また、右側の第3ノズ
ル26cからは先端側がさらに拡がつた円錐状の高圧水が
夫々得られるようになつている。

6aを開弁すると、線状の高圧水が貫通孔b内に噴出され
て、その衝撃エネルギにより貫通孔bの内面側に出つ張
つたバリdが剥ぎ取られる。なお、貫通孔bの径が大き
い場合には、主テーブル10を少しずつ移動させて、線状
の高圧水が貫通孔bの交差孔cが開口した側の内面に沿
つて円弧形の軌跡で吹き付けられるようにすると効果的
である。
