If it is not possible to do so, the internal organs will be mixed in the pickpocket to deteriorate the quality, and the head cutting position will be roughly estimated, so if you try to avoid the drop in quality of the pickpocket, it is inevitable. It would result in an extra cut of the head.

Assuming that the fish body is extended upward by the thickness of the fish body, it is necessary to perform a judgment work to match the position of the assumed mark with the head cutting planned position on the upper surface of the fish body, and the judgment work makes the operator tired, Further, the fatigue causes the work to be performed with a rough estimate, resulting in inaccuracy and the above-mentioned drawbacks.

In addition, by providing accurate head cutting work, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the quality of the fish body from which the head has been removed, and to prevent the deterioration of the yield of the processed part by removing the head more than necessary. A cutter is provided outside the edge, and a light emitting area is provided on the vertical surface from the front part of the conveyor to at least the cutter along the first belt side edge on the side where the cutter is provided, and the light emitting area is on the fish body. The irradiation line displayed on the head is aligned with the planned head cutting position, the fish is placed on the plate, and the fish is sandwiched between the belt conveyor and the second belt to be transferred. Along the irradiation line, fish with the above cutter Separate the head from the body.

On the outer surface side of the first belt, a large number of fish placing trays 7 that open the left and right side edges of the first belt are fixed at equal intervals, and both ends are fixed to the left and right frames on the transfer start side by the conveyor. The fish mounting plate 8 is installed. When the fish placing plate pushes the fish to the transfer starting end side of the conveyor while the fish is placed on the plate, the fish placing plate rides on the plate 7 which has been moved by the belt rotation at the transfer starting end and remains on the rear side of the conveyor. It is provided to be transferred to.

Form 16 from top to bottom. The light emission area is provided so that a straight irradiation line 17 is displayed on the upper surface of the article part in the area, and the light emission area 17 extends from the side of the fish mounting plate 8 to at least the cutter 15 within the area. And The light emitting region 16 formed on the vertical plane may be formed by irradiating the laser light 18 from above the front of the fish head excision machine 1 as shown in the figure. The light is preferably colored light so that the irradiation line 17 can be easily seen.

The conveyor 6 is provided, and the second belt 9 for pressing the fish is hung above the belt conveyor in parallel with the first belt so that the tensioned portions of the two belts facing each other can move in the same direction and at the same speed. Since the fish body placed on the dish is sandwiched between the belt conveyor and the second belt to be transferred, the fish body is dislocated from the dish 7 or displaced during the transfer. In addition, the cutter 15 is provided outside one side edge of the first belt 5, and the light emitting area 16 is provided on the vertical plane from the front part of the conveyor to the cutter along the side edge of the first belt on the side where the cutter is provided. , Each of which has its light emission area Since the irradiation line 17 is directly displayed on the upper surface, the irradiation line 17 displayed on the fish body indicates the cutter descending position as it is, and therefore the cutting at the fish head cutting planned position is the irradiation displayed on the fish body. It suffices to place the fish body on the plate 7 so that the line 17 is located at the position where the fish head is to be cut. Therefore, the fish head of the fish body is vertically above the mark displayed on the conveyor as in the above-mentioned conventional example. Since it is not necessary to judge whether or not the cutting position is located, it is possible to reduce the fatigue of the operator and to accurately cut the fish head at the planned cutting position, thus damaging the internal organs and degrading the quality of the fish body, Further, by removing the head excessively because of fear of deterioration in quality, it is possible to prevent deterioration in yield.
