この外部回転方式のニツテイング装置のニツテイングヘ
ツド1の概念的構成は、第2図に示すように、押出成形
されてくるホース16の周囲に、ホース16軸方向にのみ変
位可能な編針9、…、9を複数本配設し、ボビン(図示
せず)からの編糸12、…、12をホース16を中心とする一
定方向へ回転させながら、編針9、…、9を編糸12の回
転動作に同期させつつホース16軸方向へ前進、後退させ
ることにより、編地13を編成し、編地13がホース16の外
周面に巻き付けられて補強層が形成される。ここで、編
針9、…、9の前進、後退運動は、編針9、…、9のカ
ム接触部10、…、10が回転体6のカム面8の形状に応じ
て変位することによって実現される。 一方、従来から、内管押出、内管外周面へのスパイラル
補強層の形成、補強層上への外管押出をほぼ同時にほぼ
同じ位置で形成する補強ホース製造装置が知られている
(例えば、特公昭60−50132号公報参照)。

押出機3との間に介在される。 ニツテイングヘツド1は、内管押出機2の内管ダイ2aの
外周面上に固定された略円筒状のベース5を構成要素と
