A method of doing so is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 52-62930.

In addition, when a self-adhesive plastic is adhered to a wall surface using a formwork, the material itself needs to have considerable strength in order to maintain the shape of the pattern. In order not to stick closely to the rough construction surface, and therefore to prevent the coating material of the second coating film from entering the masking part,
It requires complicated work, and in order to use the formwork according to the complicated wall shape, it is necessary to easily cut the size of the formwork and adjust it freely. This is not possible because of the considerable strength.

Therefore, the joint sheet has a triple structure of a release mount, a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and a release sheet. Therefore, in order to attach the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with the pattern formed on the construction site to the first coating film,
First, it is necessary to remove the release sheet. This work is extremely difficult in practice because of the wind blowing at the construction site and the work at high places on a narrow scaffold. or,
This is because the production of a joint sheet having a triple structure requires various steps and costs, and various problems are involved.

The cost reduction and the simplification of the work at the construction site have been realized, and it is still in practical use.

Since the surface of the jointed sheet has an adhesive layer, it sticks to the worker's hands or work clothes during use at the construction site and interferes with the work, and the back surface of the support sheet is peeled off, making it slippery There were drawbacks such as.

る。(Means for Solving the Problems) In the present invention, in order to create a geometric pattern on a wall surface, the first coating film in which a joint-like sheet is applied to the wall surface is used as in the prior art.
Instead of sticking with the adhesive layer of the joint sheet,
A temporary adhesive layer made of a surface adhesive substance such as an adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive is formed on the wall surface directly or through the first coating film made of a coating material, and a desired geometry is obtained by leaving a joint forming portion on the temporary adhesive layer. The surface of a joint-like sheet, which has been punched with a target pattern and has no adhesive layer on its surface, is temporarily adhered, and the joint-formed sheet is peeled off after the second coating film formed by the coating material is semi-cured or cured.

Next, in order to prevent the blade from reaching the support sheet which becomes the mount by the punching machine, the desired geometric pattern forming portion 5 is punched out while leaving the joint forming portion 4, and at the same time, the periphery is cut into the desired pattern size. Finally, the geometric pattern forming portion punched out from the prototype sheet may be removed.

Corresponding to the joint sheet 3 of the present invention, the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in JP-A-52-62930 and the joint sheet in JP-A-57-86666 and 58-19784. Have adhesive layers on both sides. Therefore, at the stage of pattern punching, it is necessary to prevent adhesive or adhesive from sticking to the blade.
A triple structure sandwiched between peeled sheets is essential. Therefore, the punched release sheet on the original sheet is discarded and wasted. Further, the joint sheet of JP-A-52-62930 (corresponding to the template of the present invention) holds the pattern of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape during use.
A release sheet as large as a joint sheet is required because it is not adhered to each other during storage and transportation, but this release sheet is also discarded at the time of construction. In addition, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-86666, 5
In the support sheet of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-19784, peeling treatment is required on the back surface for storage and transportation, which is one of the causes of cost increase.

In addition, the surface adhesive force is for the purpose of temporary adhesion of the joint-like sheet 3, and therefore it should not be too weak or too strong. That is, the tentative standard of the adhesive force is 50 gf / 10 mm or more and 500 gf / 10 mm or less (test method JIS Z0237-8). Since the adhesive force and the adhesive force generally have a temperature sensitivity, it is necessary to appropriately select the surface adhesive substance in consideration of the standard of the adhesive force depending on the season.

The purpose is to form layer 11. The temporarily bonded jointed sheet is removed and discarded without leaving in the coating film. Therefore, for the purpose of adhesives and adhesives in construction work, which is the primary purpose of continuous adhesive bonding, for example, sticking a waterproof sheet on the rooftop, upholstered floor, wall, ceiling with cross, or wall surface. The purpose of porcelain tiles on the floor is completely different from the purpose.

である。(4) After the temporary adhesive layer 11 is dried, the minimum necessary horizontal and vertical marking lines 12 are formed on the temporary adhesive layer 11 in order to accurately arrange the joint sheet 3. That is, the building term is black-printed.
The black ink used for blackening is a white powder called a so-called extender pigment such as heavy calcium carbonate, and its color disappears by applying a transparent clear paint applied in the last step described later. That is, it is necessary that the refractive index of light peculiar to the substance used for black ink is close to the refractive index of the clear paint.

Repeat the work of leaving only 3 on the wall. In this repeated work, when removing the joint-like sheet after the application of the second coating film, which will be described later, so that the joint-like sheet can be continuously removed, the back surface of the joint-like sheet 3 that has been adhered to the wall surface (on the support sheet) (The surface that was bonded, and became the front surface by temporary bonding)
By using the adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive attached to, the jointed sheets to be attached next may be partially overlapped and attached, or the adjacent jointed sheets may be joined together with a paper adhesive tape having an appropriate width.

It needs to be one. Further, when the joint-like sheet 3 is removed, it must have such a property that the shape of the second coating film 13 left on the temporary adhesive layer 11 and formed in a geometric pattern is not damaged. If the thickness of the second coating film is about 1 mm, it is possible to adjust the coating material so that the joint-like sheet can be removed even after curing. The color is arbitrary, but tentatively B

It protects the tackiness of the temporary adhesive layer 11 exposed above, that is, the joint 15, and improves the durability, stain resistance, and fading resistance of the first and second coating films. Further, it has an effect of preventing rainwater from penetrating into the wall surface.

Since the joint-like sheet is temporarily adhered to the formed temporary adhesive layer and the second coating film is applied, the joint-like sheet is not attached to the hands as in the conventional case. Therefore, the construction efficiency is remarkably improved.
