て適当温度に加熱されて室内に冷、暖風を送風行わしめ
る。また上記、冷暖風時において室内が乾燥し適宜の加
湿を必要とする場合には加湿器12の作用によって適当
な加湿空気をも同時に送給することも出来得る。次に送
風通路切換用ダンパーF1 を開路行わしめることによっ
て室内よりの空気がバイバス通路より送風通路6b内に
流れるので還気の全量を廃棄することなく一部のみを屋
外に廃棄し、還気内に保有する熱量を経済的に利用出来
得る。特にこの発明においては室内環境により冷暖房の
必要としない時期で外気冷房を求める場合には送風通路
切換用ダンパーF1 を閉じF2 を開路とすることによっ
て外気が全熱交換器15を通過することなく鎖線ウの如

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 縦長状機体1の背面上部に給気口2を、
下部に還気口3を、また前面の適宜箇所に排気口4及び
外気取入口5等の吸、排気口を各開口設けてなる機体内
部を数枚の仕切板a,b,c,dにて機内に還気室A、
送風室B、外気導入室C、排気室D、給気室Eの各室に
区切り形成し、夫々の室内を送風通路6aを上記、還気
口3と排気口4及び送風室Bに、送風通路6bを外気取
入口5と給気口2に各連通すべく縦貫すると共に、上
記、還気室A内には還,排気用送風機7を、送風室B内
には給気用送風機8及び上部給気室E内に冷、温水用熱
交換コイル9,10、ドレンパン11、加湿器12を、
還気室A、外気導入室Cにはフィルター13、14等必
要とする諸機構装置を夫々に配置設け、且つ上記外気導
入室Cと排気室D間に全熱交換器15を設置し、更に上
記、送風通路6a、6b間に送風通路切換用ダンパーF
1 ,F2 を各配置設け、該ダンパーF1 ,F2 の操作に
よって機内通流の空気を還、排気、全外気冷房等任意方
向に切換え運転を行わしめるように構成したことを特徴
とする空調用床置形換気ユニット。
