て行う混合液の強制攪拌時間が、あらかじめ第2図

タ部材5aで覆っておくことにより、混合液中に含まれて
いる原料滓が濾過されてエア供給ホース9への侵入を阻
止することができる。なお、このフィルタ部材5aは下部
エア導入口5を通じてシリンダ内に供給されるエア導入
を何等阻害することがない。これにより原料滓がエア供
給ホース9の内部に付着してホースの滓詰まりを引き起
こしてエア導入を阻害したり、販売待機中にホース内に
付着した原料滓が腐敗して異臭を放つ不衛生な事態の発

き込まれる加圧エアが前記攪拌時のように絞られること
なく、そのまま導入される。したがってエア導入量は相
対的に攪拌時よりも増加するので、飲料をシリンダより
排出する抽出が短時間で終了する。つまり飲料抽出に要
する時間を長引かせることなく、攪拌工程での急激なエ
ア攪拌を抑えて濁りの少ない良質な飲料が製造できる。
なお、絞り弁9aとして形状の異なるオリフィスを差し替
えることにより、下部エア導入口5からのエア導入量を
