(2) A primary colored synthetic resin paint is applied to the surface of the base material on which an uneven pattern is formed by embossing, immediately after that, the paint adhering to the recess is scraped off, and then the paint filled in the recess is dried before drying. By applying the secondary colored synthetic resin paint having the hue of, the mixed color of the primary and secondary colored synthetic resin paints is developed in the recesses, and the hue is expressed differently depending on the depth. A veneer (Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-33161).

(3) After polishing the surface of a decorative board made by sticking a softwood veneer to a plywood or the like to form a concavo-convex pattern in which the spring material part is a recess, a darker color than the autumn material part is applied to the entire decorative board. By applying the colorant of No. 3, then scraping off the colorant adhering to the convex part of the autumn material, then applying the transparent thermosetting resin on the entire surface so as to fill the concave part of the spring material, and drying or hot pressing The resulting softwood veneer with a texture. Further, instead of using two kinds of paints, a colorant that is darker than the color of the autumn material and a transparent thermosetting resin, a colored transparent thermosetting resin that is darker than the color of the autumn material is used. A softwood decorative board (Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-13872) obtained by applying this to the entire surface of a decorative substrate having the above-mentioned concavo-convex pattern and then drying or thermocompressing it.

(1) An artificial ring pattern is artificially formed by embossing, and the projections are paraffin-colored to express the so-called teri of the autumn wood part in natural wood by the luster of the paraffin. The difference in gloss from the concave portion to which paraffin is not adhered becomes so remarkable that the appearance of the natural wood becomes inferior.

(2) The secondary coloring paint is applied to the convex portions of the substrate surface on which the uneven pattern is formed, and the mixed paint of the primary coloring paint and the secondary coloring paint is attached to the concave portions, and the convex portions and the concave portions are caused by the difference in coloring. However, the territory of a natural tree is not expressed at all.

(3) Since the spring material recesses are filled with a coloring material or a colored transparent thermosetting resin that is darker than the autumn material color, the spring material recesses are colored darker than the autumn material projections and the wood texture is improved. It is expressed, but in natural wood, the high-density and high-density autumn wood part has a territory and has a darker wood color than the spring wood part. However, it was the reverse of natural wood, and it was inevitable that it had an unnatural impression.

The object of the present invention is to provide a colored coating layer of a darker color than the concave material color only on the convex portion of the wood board material on the surface of which the uneven pattern having the high specific gravity portion as the convex portion and the low specific gravity portion as the concave portion is formed. And a transparent coating layer that does not hide the color of the recessed material is formed on the entire surface of the wood board material.

The decorative board of the present invention has an uneven pattern in which a low specific gravity portion is a concave portion and a high specific gravity portion is a convex portion on the surface of a wooden board material, and a colored paint having a darker color than the concave material color is applied only on the convex portion. Then, a transparent coating that does not hide the color of the recessed material is applied to the entire surface of the wooden board material, and then dried.

The transparent paint is applied to the entire colored convex portion and the concave portion where the base material color is expressed as it is, but in the convex portion composed of the high specific gravity portion, the gloss (transparency in the autumn material portion) due to the transparent coating is exhibited as it is. On the other hand, since the concave portion is composed of a low specific gravity portion, a considerable amount of the concave portion permeates and loses the luster, so that the color tone and the sag of the spring wood portion in natural wood are expressed.

<Structure Description and Examples> FIGS. 1A to 1F show an example of a method of manufacturing a decorative board according to the present invention in the order of steps. First, in step (a), the surface of the wooden board 1 is embossed. Pressing is performed using the board 2 by hot pressure or cold pressure.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the depressed recess 3
The plate material in which the lower specific area (hatched portion) has high specific gravity and high density, and the difference in specific gravity, density and hardness between the unpressed convex portion and the convex portion are remarkably exhibited.

Then, in the next step (c), when the plate material is surface-polished by using a grinder 4 such as a wire roll brush or a buff, or sandblasting, the unpressed convex portions having the low specific gravity and the low density are largely scraped off. On the contrary, it becomes a recess 5b,
The squeezed concave portion 3 is formed as a convex portion 5a because the polishing amount is small, and a decorative plate having a concavo-convex pattern formed on the surface is obtained as shown in FIG. 1 (d).

The colored paint 6 darker than the color of the concave material is applied only on the convex portion 5a of the decorative plate (FIG. 1 (e)). Since the convex portion 5a has a high specific gravity and a high density, the coating material applied on the convex portion 5a does not penetrate into the plate material 1 and clear coating application without bleeding is performed.

As the coloring paint 6, a resin paint such as lacquer, enamel, acrylic resin, aminoalkyd resin, urethane resin, etc. is appropriately used, and is applied or printed on the convex portion 5a by a roll coater, a gravure or a gravure offset printing machine.

Then, as shown in FIG. 1 (f), a transparent coating material 7 which does not hide the material color of the concave portions 5b is applied to the entire surface of the plate material 1 including the convex portions 5a coated with the colored coating material 6. The transparent paint 7 is used by appropriately selecting it from resin paints such as acrylic resin, aminoalkyd resin, and urethane resin, but it may be used as a colored transparent paint by optionally coloring it.

Since the amount of paint sucked into the convex portion 5a is very small,
The transparent paint 7 expresses the luster of itself, and the colored paint 6
Combined with the color tone given by, it looks very much like the autumn wood of natural wood. On the other hand, in the concave portion 5b, the transparent paint 7
However, since this portion has a relatively low density / low specific gravity and is porous, a considerable amount of the applied transparent coating material 7 is sucked into the plate material 1 in the recess 5b. Therefore, the luster of the paint itself is lost and, in combination with the concave material color, it becomes very similar to the natural wood spring material.
