素材15とした場合、コストが高く、重量が重い、またア
ルミ箔等から成る表面スキン材20との接着力が弱い等の
欠点があった。天然繊維のシートをコア素材15とした場
合、表面スキン材20との接着力は良好であるが、ハニカ
ム状にした場合の座屈強度が弱く、再生周波数帯域が低
下するという欠点があった。

クラフトハニカムに比べて座屈強度が高く、湿度による
変形に対しても強いという平板振動板を安価に提供する
ことができる。
