At the same time, asphalt and stone powder are also weighed by their respective weighing devices and put into a mixer to produce an asphalt mixture.

This drop correction value can be changed and set when the operator key-in information such as the mix name, mix number, and shipment quantity of the asphalt mixture to be reserved for shipment on the shipment command screen of the CRT display device on the plant operation panel. Therefore, when the fall correction value is not changed, the previously set fall correction value is continued. Then, the first batch is weighed by the set head correction value, and the second and subsequent batches are weighed by the head correction value obtained by adding and subtracting the previous weighing error. However, if the composition of the asphalt mixture to be shipped changes, the drop correction value of each material also changes, and it is very troublesome to change and input the drop correction value each time, and after the second batch, the weighing error automatic calculation is performed. Since the drop correction value becomes an appropriate value, the drop correction value is often not changed even if the composition is changed. In this case, an error occurs in the measurement of the first batch.

The time required to set the drop correction value each time the shipping composition changes by calling the drop correction value of each material that matches the material mix name from the storage unit and weighing the first batch based on the drop correction value. We have proposed a material weighing method for asphalt plants that can perform weighing with less error from the first batch without the need for.

It is possible to improve the measurement system to some extent by setting the drop correction value of each material for each of the 10 types of compound names such as coarse-grained ascon, stabilizing treatment, special ascon, etc. For example, there are dozens of types of ascon manufactured in Japan, even fine-grained ascon, and the compounding ratio of each of these materials is different. Therefore, adopting a uniform head correction value for each compounding name is a measure. There is some error.

The drop correction value of each material corresponding to the name is called from the storage device, and the kneading amount correction coefficient with respect to the actual kneading amount is proportionally calculated with the kneading amount correction coefficient at the rated capacity of the mixer being 1, and the kneading amount correction coefficient is calculated as described above. That is, the manufactured asphalt mixture is added with the compound number except for the special mixture if the set value of each material is different, and all of them are registered in the storage device of the control panel. Then ML

About 500 kinds are registered, but the drop correction value of each material is registered for all of them. Then, if the asphalt mixture with the desired recipe number is reserved for shipment, the set measurement value of each material corresponding to the recipe number is called and the head correction value of each material is also called, and the initial batch becomes the head correction value. Based weighing is performed.

Is multiplied by a kneading amount correction coefficient according to the actual kneading amount to determine a corrected head correction value. For example,
Programming is performed to determine the kneading amount correction coefficient in proportion to the actual kneading amount, and when kneading 0.75 tons of material with a mixer with a rated capacity of 1 ton, 0.75 is selected as the kneading amount correction coefficient and each material is selected. The corrected free fall correction value is calculated by multiplying the free fall correction value of 0.75 by 0.75, and each material is weighed based on the corrected free fall correction value.

Each name is stored in the storage device in advance, and if the actual kneading amount in the mixer is almost the rated capacity, the above-mentioned head correction value is adopted for measurement. Then, the actual kneading capacity in the mixer is less than or equal to a predetermined value with respect to the rated capacity,
If the free fall correction value is used as it is, if the drop correction value is used as it is, a considerable error occurs in the weighing. Therefore, the corrected free fall correction value is used to perform the weighing.

The weighing of the first batch in the weighing machine will be performed based on the preset head correction value, and the weighing errors of the second and subsequent batches will be calculated as the previous weighing error, and this weighing error will be used as the previous head correction value. It is measured by the addition / subtraction difference correction value.

If the measurement is expected, it is necessary to correct the free fall correction value. Therefore, as described above, the drop correction value at the time of weighing each material used as the raw material of the asphalt mixture is stored in advance in the storage device 7 for each compounding number. Note that the drop correction value may be stored in the storage device 7 for each combination name as in the conventional case.

For example, programming is performed so that the kneading amount correction coefficient is determined in proportion to the actual kneading amount. In this case, when kneading 0.75 tons of material with a mixer having a rated capacity of 1 ton, 0.75 is selected as a kneading amount correction coefficient. When the shipment of the asphalt mixture is reserved, the drop correction value of each material corresponding to the compound number or the compound name is called from the storage device 7, and the kneading amount correction coefficient corresponding to the actual kneading amount to be kneaded this time is added to the above-mentioned difference. The correction value is multiplied to determine the corrected free fall correction value, and the weighing is performed based on the corrected free fall correction value. By doing so, when kneading materials having a rated capacity or less, the drop correction amount is also corrected proportionally, so that the measurement error can be minimized. Also, instead of determining the kneading amount correction coefficient in proportion to the actual kneading amount,
For example, when the actual kneading amount is 0.7 to 1.0 tons, the kneading correction coefficient is set to 1, and when the actual kneading amount is 0.7 to 0.5 tons, it is set to 0.6. The correction coefficient is programmed so that the correction coefficient can be appropriately set according to the actual kneading amount. It is also possible to display it on the display 8 and input and correct it while watching the actual driving state.

Each name is stored in the storage device 7 in advance. Input and correction of the free fall correction value and the corrected free fall correction value may be performed on the screen of the CRT display device 8 as described above. This corrected head correction value is used when the kneading amount is significantly smaller than the mixer rated capacity. For example, when kneading 0.6 tons or 0.5 tons of material with a mixer having a rated capacity of 1 ton, the measured value of each material becomes about half, and if a drop correction value at the time of kneading with a rated capacity is adopted, a measuring error occurs. Therefore, if the actual kneading amount falls below what percentage of the rated capacity, the programming is performed so that the corrected free fall correction value is adopted, and at what percentage the corrected free fall correction value is adopted on the screen of the CRT display device 8. It is preferable to be able to input and correct with. About 60% is considered appropriate for this value.

Adopting the drop correction value,
When the actual kneading amount becomes less than a predetermined value with respect to the rated capacity, the corrected free fall correction value is adopted to perform the measurement.

Since the corrected free fall correction amount is adopted when the amount becomes less than the predetermined value with respect to the capacity, even when the material having an extremely small amount with respect to the rated capacity is kneaded, the proper free head correction can be performed and the measurement error is reduced.
