ALC部材の弱点である凍害の心配もなく、さらに、断熱
性、美的外観、耐久性、防振性を大幅に向上したALC外
壁のカバー構造を提案するものである。

以下に、図面を用いて本発明に係るALC外壁のカバー構
造の一実施例について詳細に説明する。すなわち、第1
図は躯体にALC部材を施工し、その上に乾式外壁材の寸
法調整、クッション機能を有する下地を形成し、この下
地に乾式外壁材、例えば金属サイディング材を縦張りに
施工した新築の構築物におけるALC外壁のカバー構造を
示すものである。第1図〜第3図において、1は構築
物、2は躯体で第2図に示すように梁、アングル等、3
はALC部材、4は目地部、5はモルタル、6はフックボ
ルト、7は通しボルト、8は座金、9はナット、10は取
付補助具で補助ナット11、ボルト部12とからなり、13
乾式外壁材装着用下地(以下、単に下地という)で補強
平板14、胴縁15を縦横状にALC外壁に固定したものであ
り、16は固定具、17は乾式外壁材で、例えば金属サイデ
ィング材(芯材の有、無)、木片セメント板、セメント
押出成形品等の1種を縦、横のいずれかの方向に施工す
るものである。さらに詳説すると、ALC部材3を躯体2
に取り付けている部分のフックボルト6のうちピッチと
して300〜4000mm位にあるフックボルト6に第4図
(a)に示すようにALC部材3の座ぐり孔3aに座金8、
ナット9でALC部材3を躯体2に固定し、次に第4図
(a)、(b)に示すような取付補助具10で第3図に示
すような下地13を固定するものである。すなわち、第4
図(a)は補助ナット11とボルト部12を別体で形成した
取付補助具10、(b)図は補助ナット11とボルト部12と
を一体に形成した取付補助具10であり、ボルト部12の長
さは胴縁15の外側面15aより突出しない寸法とするが、
乾式外壁材17に芯材が充填されていないときは制限され
ない。また、下地13を形成する際に、ALC部材3の化粧
面の中央部には例えば、第5図に示すように通しボルト
7を貫通せしめ、内側にALC部材3と接触する面積の大
きい座金8を介してナット9で固定し、外側に補強平板
14を水平方向に、もしくは図示しないが垂直方向にナッ
ト9を介して固定するものである。また、胴縁15は、例
えば第6図(a)〜(d)、第7図(a)〜(f)に示
すように段差部15bまたは段差部材15cとクッション材15
dを有するように形成したものであり、そのピッチは300
〜600mmで躯体2に第3図に示すように固定し、構築物
1の外壁に対し縦横状に補強平板14、胴縁15を装着する
ものである。なお、胴縁15は乾式外壁材17の縦張りか横
張りかによってその方向が水平、垂直となるものであ
る。また、第8図(a)、(b)は出隅の構造の一例を
示すものであり、(a)図は等辺L型材13aを固定した
場合、(b)図はL型金具13bを溶接により補強平板14
に連結した場合である。また、固定具16は乾式外壁材17
を下地13に固定するものであり、釘、スクリュー釘、ね
じ、例えば第9図、第10図(a)〜(d)に示すような
形状の金具(ステンレス、表面処理鋼板)あるいは合成
樹脂製の上記形状固定具16の1種からなるものであり、
胴縁15に乾式外壁材17を固定するためのものである。乾
式外壁材17は主にALC部材3からなる外壁の防水性、耐
久性、断熱性、低コストを向上すると共に、経時変化す
る外観の塗膜層を不要にし、かつALC部材3の凍害の排
除と美観性の強化、鉄筋等の躯体の腐食を除去するため
のものである。その具体例としては、例えば第11図
(a)〜(p)に示すようなものであり、ロール成形、
押出成形からなる表面材18のみのスパンドレス、あるい
は表面材18と断熱材19と裏面材20とからなる複合板等か
らなる。また、改修する場合には第12図(a)、(b)
に示すように座ぐり孔3aに充填されているモルタル3bを
除去、次に取付補助具10をフックボルト6のナットが突
出しているねじに螺合し、第12図(b)に示すように下
13を形成するものである。さらに、乾式外壁材17を施
工する際には、固定具16の他に、第13図(a)、(b)
に示すような支持具16a、固定部材16bにより第13図
(c)に示すように構成して下地13を形成することもあ
る。

部材と乾式外壁材間に空隙があるため、万一の結露、漏
水があっても下地を腐食することがなく防音性にもすぐ
れた利点がある。さらに、1枚のALC部材の中間部に強
度補強材が全く存在しないが、補強平板をタガ状に配列
することによって下地としての強度を十分に発揮できる
