In these figures, 1 is a tube such as a furnace wall tube, 2 is a fin,
Reference numeral 3 is an opening for a manhole or the like, and the wall 1 of the boiler is constituted by the pipe 1 and the fin 2, and the fin 2 is not continuous at the joint between the pipe 1 and the fin 2 in the opening 3. Therefore, as shown by reference numeral 5, the structure has fin end portions.

As described above, according to the conventional boiler wall opening structure,
Since the fins 2 are not continuous at the joint between the pipe 1 and the fins 2 in the opening 3, the fin end portion 5 is formed. Therefore, the pipe forming the opening 3 or the adjacent pipes When a temperature difference or external force is applied to
There is a problem that stress concentrates on the fin end portion 5 described above, and a crack is generated on the pipe side starting from this, leading to a leakage accident.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a boiler having a wall portion composed of a tube and fins, in which the tube is three-dimensionally bent outward to form an opening. At the same time, the fins that are joined to each other to form the opening and that form the opening are continuously provided.

Action According to the above means, since the fins forming the opening of the boiler wall are continuous, there is no fin end portion, so that a temperature difference or an external force is generated between the pipe forming the opening or the pipes in the vicinity. Even if it occurs, there is no place where stress concentration occurs, so that the occurrence of cracks can be prevented.

In these figures, 1 is a tube such as a furnace wall tube, 2 is a fin,
Reference numeral 3 is an opening for a manhole or the like, and in forming the opening 3 in the wall portion 4 constituted by the pipe 1 and the fin 2, the present invention is designed to remove the end of the pipe 1 from the pipe 1. The opening 3 is formed by three-dimensionally bending outward in the wall surface, and the fins 2 forming the opening 3 by being joined between the pipe 1 forming the opening 3 and the pipe 1 are continuously provided. Therefore, the fin ends are eliminated.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As described above, according to the present invention, in a boiler having a wall portion composed of a tube and fins, the tube is three-dimensionally bent outward in the wall surface to form an opening portion, and the opening portion is formed. Since the fins that are joined to each other to form the opening and form the opening are continuously provided so as to eliminate the fin end, the temperature of the pipe forming the opening or the adjacent pipes is increased. Even if a difference or an external force occurs, there is no place where stress concentration occurs, so that the occurrence of cracks can be prevented and the reliability of the boiler can be improved.
