分をオーナメント部材係止用の針状突起が上面に設けら
れたスライドコアにより形成するとともに、他方の型に
は該スライドコアに向け前記オーナメント部材と表皮材
の見切位置を押し付ける押付部を設けておき、型開きさ
れている両型間に前記スライドコア上に前記針状突起に
係止されてた状態で端縁が位置するオーナメント部材と
前記一方の型を略全面的に覆う表皮材とをセットして型
合わせ後に前記押付部をもってモーナメント部材の端縁
に表皮材の見切位置を押し付けながら該オーナメント表
皮材との裏側からキャビティ部に成形材料を供給し、そ
の後前記スライドコアを後退させて前記見切位置の裏側
とスライドコア間に形成される空隙に成形材料を供給し
て成形基材の成形と同時にその表面をオーナメント部材
と表皮材とで覆い、脱型後表皮材のうちオーナメント部
材を覆っている部分を剥ぎ取って成形基材の表面をオー
ナメント部材と表皮材により貼り分けるようにしたこと
を特徴とするものである。

状態で端縁が位置するオーナメント部材と前記一方の型
を略全面的に覆う表皮材とをセットして型合わせ後に前
記押付部をもってオーナメント部材の端縁に表皮材の見
切位置を押し付けながら該オーナメント部材と表皮材と
の裏側からキャビティ部に成形材料を供給し、その後前
記スライドコアを後退させて前記見切位置の裏側とスラ
イドコア間に形成される空隙に成形材料を供給して成形
