(2)に昇降移動自在に取付けられた支持部材(15)を
介して前記本体(2)に取付けられ、 前記ロック部材(18)が、前記被係合部(23)に係合し
て前記転輪(16)を前記支持位置にロックする係合部
(20)を有するとともに、前記支持部材(15)の移動に
連動して前記ロック作用位置と非作用位置とに移動自在
に設けられ、 前記ロック部材(18)を前記ロック作用位置と非作用位
置との夫々に弾性的に保持する保持機構(19)が、前記
ロック部材(18)の移動に連動して切換え自在に設けら
れ、 前記ロック部材(18)が前記保持機構(19)によってロ
