I had to connect a tube and run it around so I could do it.
When connecting the exhaust stack to the bottom of the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger, which is a drawing process, requires post-processing such as cutting and hole machining of the fins for connection, and heat exchange is required. It was supposed to reduce the area for making it. Furthermore, when the condensed water generated by combustion is discharged to the outside of the machine through the exhaust stack at the start of operation on a cold day, the condensed water drops from the exhaust stack and stains the exterior and the surroundings. I didn't like the appearance. In addition, since the condensate becomes an acidic liquid, it may be harmful to the floor surface. In view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention provides an exhaust stack on an exhaust collecting lid of a refrigerant heating device, and places the lower end of the inner surface of the exhaust stack at the same position as or lower than the lower end of the inner surface of the heat exchanger. As a result, the condensed water is discharged from the exhaust stack without providing a drain pipe. Further, according to the present invention, the concave portion is provided at the lower end of the exhaust collecting lid, so that the condensed water is temporarily stored, evaporated by the heat of the exhaust gas, and the liquid is vaporized to be discharged to the outside of the machine.

It is placed in a low position. Further, according to the present invention, a recess is provided at the lower end of the exhaust collecting lid.

The present invention provides the drain pipe by providing the exhaust pipe on the exhaust collecting lid of the refrigerant heating device, and disposing the lower end of the inner surface of the exhaust pipe at the same position as or lower than the lower end of the inner surface of the heat exchanger. Condensed water can be discharged from the exhaust stack without provision. Further, according to the present invention, by providing the recess at the lower end of the exhaust collecting lid, the condensed water can be temporarily stored, evaporated by the exhaust heat, and the liquid can be vaporized to be discharged to the outside of the machine.

First, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a refrigerant heating device, which is fitted with a copper pipe 2 of a refrigeration cycle and fixed to the outer periphery thereof, and has a cylindrical heat exchanger 3 having a fin shape inside and both ends of the heat exchanger 3. The burner portion 4 and the exhaust collecting lid 5 are screwed and fixed so as to be hermetically sealed. The exhaust collecting lid 5 has an exhaust pipe 6 which is horizontal and has a lower end 6a on the inner surface of the exhaust pipe.
It is arranged at the same position as or lower than the lower end 3a of the inner surface of the heat exchanger. In the above configuration, when the refrigerant heating device 1 is operated, the combustion air burned in the burner section 4 is absorbed by the heat exchanger 3 and raises the temperature of the refrigerant circulating in the copper tube 2. Therefore, especially on a cold day, the condensed water 7 accumulates on the lower surface 3a inside the heat exchanger 3. However, the lower end 6a of the exhaust pipe 6 attached to the exhaust collecting lid 5 is
Since the condensed water 7 is arranged at the same position as or lower than the lower end 3a of the inner surface, the condensed water 7 is sent to the exhaust pipe 6 through the exhaust collecting lid 5 and discharged to the outside of the machine. 7
There is no need to install a drain pipe for discharging. Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. Here, regarding the same as the first embodiment,
The same reference numerals are given and the description is omitted. In the figure, 8
Is a recess provided at the lower end of the exhaust collecting lid 5. In the above configuration, when the refrigerant heating device 1 is operated, as in the first embodiment, the condensed water 7 is generated in the heat exchanger 3 and sent to the exhaust collecting lid 5. Then, the condensed water 7 is temporarily stored in the recess 8 at the lower end of the exhaust collecting lid 5. By the way, since this is an exhaust passage for the combustion air, the stored condensed water 7 evaporates, vaporizes, and is discharged outside the machine together with the combustion air. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the condensed water, as a liquid, from dropping from the exhaust pipe 6 to the outside of the machine and contaminating the exterior or the surroundings. Therefore, similarly to the first embodiment, it is not necessary to separately provide a drain pipe for discharging the condensed water, and the condensed water does not drop as a liquid, so that the appearance of the exterior is maintained.

As a result, it is not necessary to separately provide a drain pipe for condensed water. Therefore, the structure is simplified, the cost is reduced, and the drain tube mounting work can be eliminated. Also, by providing a recess at the lower end of the exhaust collection lid, the generated condensed water is temporarily stored in the recess, but is eventually evaporated by the combustion air of the exhaust and discharged to the outside of the machine, so the appearance of the exterior is maintained. Moreover, it is possible to prevent the surrounding floor and the like from being damaged.
