【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は電気オーブンや、ヒータ付電子レンジのよう
に、加熱室内の被加熱物を、ヒーターの熱によって加熱

食を防止するためステンレス鋼の板金により形成されて
いる。第5図は、(第4図に示す)加熱調理器に使用し

設けられている。前記加熱室12の内壁の上面(天井面)
12aの裏面側に、面状の上ヒータ13が密着してほぼ全面
に配設され、さらにその上ヒータ13の上面に熱を外部へ
逃さないため断熱材14が積層されている。前記上ヒータ
13は、第3図に示すような、発熱体13aを雲母などの耐
熱絶縁物からなる巻枠13bに巻き付け、その上下を同様
に雲母などの絶縁物13cではさみ込み、押さえ板13dで押

試験を実施した結果、マイカを含まない塗料に比べて倍
以上の耐摩耗性の向上が見られた。マイカ自身は低誘電
率の物質であり絶縁性の高い性質を有する。従って、本
発明のような高周波加熱が可能な調理器において特に有

れが付着しにくく、また、天板の出し入れ等においても
