【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は軽量瓦の製造方法に関する。TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lightweight roof tile.
従来セメント瓦として平板状をなすスレート瓦が非常に
広く使用され普及しているが、この種瓦は厚さが薄いた
め屋根上に葺いた時の重厚感が乏しいといった不満があ
り、これらを解消するものとして、和瓦や西洋瓦のよう
に表面起伏を富む、いわゆる厚型瓦をセメント原料によ

と同時にパレットを側方向へ移送し、この移送方向にお
ける前記ホッパH側面に設けた瓦表面形状を整形するス
リッパーBにより瓦表面を成形しつつ、瓦形状を賦形す
るものであって、かなりの厚型瓦も連続的に製造するこ
とが可能となるなどの利点を有する。(例えば特許出願
公表 昭60−501599号公報) 〔従来技術の問題点〕 しかしながら、上記製造方法による場合、パレット上に
供給される材料は、それにより上部に堆積された材料の
重量のみによって圧縮供給されるから、後にスリッパー
によって圧縮整形されるものの、賦形体の密度が十分上

上へ混練押出機よりセメント混練物を押出供給しつつ前
記パレットを材料供給速度と同期した速度で移送し、該
パレット上に瓦上面を成形するスリッパーを圧接しパレ
ット内にセメント原料を圧充填すると共に瓦上面を整形
し、次いで成形原料をパレットの長さ毎に切断し、養生

この発明は以上説明したように、パレット上に供給され

ても従来と同様な強度の瓦とするとが出来、うすく出来

と同期した速度で移送し、該パレット上に瓦上面を成形
するスリッパーを圧接しパレット内にセメント原料を圧
充填すると共に瓦上面を整形し、次いで成形原料をパレ
ット長さ毎に切断し、養生硬化することを特徴とする軽
量瓦の製造方法。1.
