糸Y及び緯糸Xを適当な張力で引っ張って垂直糸群3を
中心部に向けて引き絞り、垂直糸群3方向と直角方向の
断面寸法を糸ガイド板1の導通穴2の配列寸法に比べて
大幅に小さくすることにより垂直糸群3の繊維充填密度
を高めるとともに、織成過程の任意時点で図示省略の筬
で経糸Y及び緯糸Xを垂直糸Z方向たる織成方向に締め
付けて経糸Y群及び緯糸X群の織成方向の繊維充填密度
を高めつつ第5図、第6図の構造の三次元織物を得るよ
うにしたものである。

部分近傍に位置する垂直糸のZ11−Z12間及びZ11−Z21
隔は中央部に位置する垂直糸Z15−Z16及びZ51−Z61間隔
よりも狭くなり、すなわち垂直糸群3は角部分C近傍が
密、中央部が粗状態となり、角部分近傍が密状態となる
ことにより垂直糸Z、経糸Y及び緯糸Xの相互の摩擦に
よるいわゆるロック現象が生じ、このロック現象が生ず
ることにより経糸Y及び緯糸Xを真っ直ぐに引っ張れず
に第6図の如く経糸Y及び緯糸Xに弛みが生じ、強度等
の織物特性に障害を及ぼし、また前記ロック現象により
前記筬による締付けを良好にできず、織成方向の繊維充
填密度を高めることができないことがある。
