め設定された期間を経過すればこの作像ユニツトを交換
するようにする方法が採用されているが、この場合、1
回の交換毎の部品コストが高くつき、ユーザーの負担が
大きく、又、感光体の寿命、トナー補給間隔、クリーニ
ングユニツトの寿命が夫々異なるため、まだ充分使用可
能な感光体でも他のものの寿命に合せて廃棄するため無
駄が多く、プリント1枚当りのコストが高くつく欠点が
