するといった衛生面の問題もあった。前記の問題を解決
するための従来の手段として、 (1)連続気泡の気泡径を小さくするか、発泡倍率を小
さくするという方法がある。これによりスポンジパフ内
部への化粧料の吸収がある程度防止されるが、反面化粧
用スポンジパフの重要特性である柔軟性が阻害されてし
まい、商品価値が大きく低下する。従って現状では、こ
の方法はほとんど採用されていない。
