The heat resistance limit of the synthetic resin is generally about 100 ° C., and glass wool having a high heat resistance is used for a gas having a high temperature exceeding this.

Since it is easy, the ventilation passage may be increased by reducing the cross-sectional area of the sound-absorbing material. Therefore, when glass wool or the like is used to prevent this, a heat-resistant woven fabric made of glass fiber or the like is lined on the ventilation passage side of the sound absorbing material, and a wire mesh tubular body is provided on the inner periphery to protect it. Since it is necessary, there is a drawback that the structure becomes complicated. Further, even with such a structure, since both end surfaces of the ventilation path of the sound absorbing material cannot be protected, there is a drawback in that it is not possible to prevent wear or deformation of the sound absorbing material.

It is formed by mounting a cylindrical sound absorbing member 4 made of heat-resistant fiber such as glass wool and having an axial ventilation passage 3 at the center in a cylindrical case 2 connected to the. A cylindrical body 5 formed of a thin metal plate or the like having a mesh opening is provided on the inner periphery of the sound absorbing material 4, and both end surfaces of the sound absorbing material 4 are made of a heat resistant woven cloth 6 made of glass fiber or the like. It is masked as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. A pipe joint 11 is coupled to an end surface of the case 2 opposite to the casing 8 via a flange 10, and the flange 10 presses the outer end surfaces of the sound absorbing material 4 and the tubular body 5 respectively to prevent their position displacement. It is designed to serve as both. The impeller 7 is rotatably driven by a motor 12 mounted on a casing 8 with a flange, and the annular blower has a high gas compression ratio, so that a high wind pressure is generated as the impeller 7 rotates, and the discharged gas generally has a high temperature. The base plate of the tubular body 5 is, for example, a thin iron plate with punched mesh openings, a mesh plate processed in the same manner as expanded metal, and a silicon resin having heat resistance on the surface thereof. Alternatively, a material such as Teflon resin coated to absorb the reflection of sound on the surface of the iron plate is used, and the tubular body 5 is formed by fixing the bent joint part of the base plate by welding or the like. It As shown in FIG. 4, the heat-resistant woven fabric 6 has a slit 13 in the shape of a cross in the center of the flat fabric, and the center of the fabric is cut and raised as shown in FIG. It is integrated by adhering to the outer periphery of the end of the with an adhesive tape 14 or the like. After inserting the sound absorbing material 4 into the outer periphery of the tubular body 5 in this state, the heat absorbing woven cloth 6 is wrapped around the sound absorbing material 4 as shown in FIG. The sound absorbing material 4, the tubular body 5, and the heat-resistant woven fabric 6 are integrally formed by adhering with each other.

Since it is protected by eliminating direct contact with gas, it is possible to prevent wear and deformation of the sound absorbing material with a simple structure without hindering the sound deadening effect.Furthermore, both end surfaces of the sound absorbing material are masked with heat resistant woven cloth. Since it is protected by the above, it is possible to prevent dust from entering the inside of the sound absorbing material.
