画像信号が入力される画像処理装置及び延線制御装置を
有し、上記画像処理装置において電線の上限と下限を規
定する少なくとも上下一対のウィンドウと電線の画像信
号とを重畳せしめ、各ウィンドウと電線の位置関係に基
づく判別信号を延線制御装置に出力し、該判別信号に応
じて延線車の速度を制御して適正な弛度を保つ構成とし

を上記延線制御装置に出力し、該判別信号に応じて延線
車の速度を制御して適正な弛度を保つようにした延線制
御用弛度観測装置。1.
