Claims (4)
型(1)(2)を開閉自在に対向配備した成形装置で、
成形金型(2)より剥離押出される製品(M)を保持す
るための製品受取保持部材(20)を成形金型(1)
(2)の開口面位置と、その製品(M)をストックすべ
き製品集積台(30)との間に水平移動自在に備えると共
に、該製品集積台(30)上に移動した前記製品受取保持
部材(20)の製品(M)を押出するための押出機構(4
0)とを備えた発泡樹脂製品処理装置において、前記製
品受取保持部材(20)が複数の製品Mをそれぞれ嵌入支
持する受取枠体(22)に各製品Mを押込み得る間隔を形
成する複数の支杆(23)を備え、かつ受取枠体(22)の
両サイドに延設されたアームをそれぞれ正逆回転モータ
(25)で回転するピニオン(26)を介して製品集積台
(30)上の支枠(28)のラック(27)に噛合連結すると
共に、支柱(19)に水平高さ位置を調節自在に設け、さ
らに、製品集積台上に積載される製品の押出機構(51)
を含む自動搬出機構(50)を製品集積台(30)に配備し
