スト工程は、ゴミ,ホコリ等がエッチング処理の際、ゴ
ミ,ホコリ等の部分が、レジストと同じ役目をするた
め、エッチング残りとなり外観不良が多発し、歩留りが
著しく悪かった。

〔実施例〕〔Example〕

以下、図面に基づき本発明の実施例を詳細に説明する。
文字板ベース(BsまたはNs)にカラーメッキ及びカラー
塗料による下地処理を施す。その上面に透明塗料(クリ
ヤー)を、30〜50μの膜厚にスプレー塗布し、強制乾燥
(130℃〜30分)にて塗膜を硬化させる。その後クリヤ
ーを荒研磨、仕上研磨の2工程でクリヤー表面(30μ)
を研磨仕上をする。(研磨剤,荒WA3000,仕上,ポリ
プラ103)。さらにCr金属により塗膜上にCr蒸着薄膜(1
400Å)Au蒸着薄膜(1400Å〜1600Å)を施しそれぞれ
銀,金色調を表現する。そしてフォトレジスト液を、C
r,Au蒸着薄膜の上より塗布(膜厚1〜2μ),その後予
備乾燥(80℃〜20分)をする。文字及び模様等のパター
ン形成は、マスクフィルム(膜厚115μ)使用、露光時
間5〜6秒でパターンを形成する。次にレジスト専用液
にて、145秒現像し、露光でパターン形成された以外の
レジスト液の除去をする。さらに専用エッチング液に
て、パターン形成以外の蒸着薄膜をエッチングにて除去
しパターン現出をする(第1図)。レジストハクリはシ
ンナー浸漬し、15秒程でハケ洗浄しレジストハクリをす
る。その際レジスト表面に付着したゴミ,ホコリ等が、
露光の際パターン同様にレジスト残りとなり、エッチン
グ処理にて、エッチング残りとなり外観不良の要因とな
る。そこで本発明の水溶性インキ(品名:セリコールFM
−016,メーカ帝国インキ)をスクリーン、又はタコ印刷
機にて印刷する。
