[Prior Art] A microcapsule containing a chromogen, a photocurable resin, a photosensitizer, a photopolymerization initiator, etc. is coated on the surface with a developer that causes a color reaction with the chromogen. The light-sensitive pressure-sensitive sheet thus produced is disclosed, for example, in JP-A-58-23025 or JP-A-58-23025.
It is already known as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No.-88739.
According to this photosensitive pressure-sensitive sheet, the microcapsules are photo-cured in the light-exposed portion of the sheet surface, and the microcapsules are left uncured in the other portions.
Therefore, when the photosensitive pressure-sensitive sheet is subsequently pressed by a pressure roller, the uncured microcapsules on the surface of the sheet are crushed to cause a color reaction between the chromogen and the color developer.
As a result, a copied image can be obtained. Therefore, according to this light and pressure sensitive sheet, a clear image can be obtained similar to electrophotography, and unlike a conventional copying machine using plain paper, toner powder is not used, so maintenance is easy. There are advantages. And in this light and pressure sensitive sheet,
There are so-called self-coloring type and transfer type ones. The transfer type photosensitive pressure-sensitive sheet only has the above-mentioned microcapsules applied to itself, and no developer is applied thereto. However, the developer sheet separately coated with the developer is prepared. Then, after exposing the light and pressure sensitive sheet, a developer image is superposed on it and a pressure is applied to obtain a copy image on the surface of the developer sheet. Benefits are obtained.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, particularly in the case of a copying machine in which a transfer type photosensitive pressure-sensitive sheet is used as a copy sheet, the surface of the photosensitive pressure-sensitive sheet is subjected to a predetermined exposure process and then the When the developer sheets are superposed and pressed by the pressure roller, if the microcapsules in the peripheral portion of the photosensitive pressure-sensitive sheet where the developer sheets are superposed are uncured, they are crushed and the inside color is destroyed. A liquid substance such as a raw material or a photocurable resin may be pushed out from between the light and pressure sensitive sheet and the developer sheet. Then, the liquid substance adheres to the surface of the pressure roller, and the adhered substance is adhered to the developer sheet on the copy image side to stain the developer sheet, or
The liquid substance is gradually deposited on the surface of the pressure roller, and finally the pressure between the pressure rollers fluctuates. As a result, uneven development or insufficient development may occur. Further, there have been various problems such that cleaning for removing adhered matters on the surface of the pressure roller must be frequently performed and much labor is required in terms of maintenance.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to superimpose a color developer sheet on the surface of a photosensitive pressure-sensitive sheet after a predetermined exposure process is completed. When pressure-developed by the pressure roller, the chromogen and photo-curable resin are squeezed out by crushing the uncured microcapsules on the surface of the light and pressure sensitive sheet from the overlapped peripheral edge. This is to prevent the liquid substance from being extruded and contaminating the surface of the pressure roller. In this way, it is possible to avoid stains and uneven development on the surface of the developer sheet, especially on the copy image side, and at the same time reduce maintenance of the pressure roller.

[Operation] Since the present invention is configured as described above, the exposure processing of the surface of the light and pressure sensitive sheet is performed by the light emitted from the light source body through one optical system, and the exposure processing is performed through another optical system. The peripheral portion of the surface of the light and pressure sensitive sheet where the developer sheet is superposed is also exposed to light. Therefore, when the developer sheet is subsequently superposed on the surface of the pressure-sensitive sheet and pressed by the pressure roller, the micro-sheet of the surface of the pressure-sensitive sheet is overlapped with the peripheral edge of the sheet of the pressure-sensitive sheet. It does not occur that liquid substances such as chromogen and photocurable resin in the capsule are extruded and adhere to the surface of the pressure roller.

[Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show a schematic structure of a copying apparatus to which the present invention is applied. In this apparatus, as is well known, the light source unit 3 is provided directly below the horizontally placed transparent glass platen 1.
a and 3b are arranged so that they can be spaced apart from each other and approach each other in a horizontal plane, and when the light emitted from the light source bodies 3a and 3b optically scans the surface of the original 2 on the original table 1, the scanning light causes the imaging lens Convergent irradiation is performed on the surface of the photosensitive pressure-sensitive sheet 5 arranged below the document table 1 through one optical system 6 including the optical system 4. The photosensitive pressure-sensitive sheet 5 thus subjected to the predetermined exposure processing is then superposed with the developer sheet 8 and sent between the pressure rollers 10 and 10 to be pressure-developed. It is configured. Thus, in the present invention, the reflection mirror 11, the condenser lens 12, the reflection mirror 13, and the condenser lens are provided on the light source body 3a (the light source body located on the rear side in the feeding direction of the light and pressure sensitive sheet 5).
Another optical system 15 consisting of 14 is integrally provided. In this embodiment, the roll paper-shaped photosensitive pressure-sensitive sheet 5 is used, and a part of the light emitted from the light source body 3a is used in the optical system.
The developing agent sheet 8 on the surface of the light and pressure sensitive sheet 5 is overlapped via 15 and is irradiated to the rear end side portion of the apex over the entire width. Further, the irradiation position is designed to come to the overlapping front end side portion of the apex developer sheet 8 for each copy.

However, in the copying machine configured in this way, each light source body
When 3a and 3b are turned on and the light emitted from each of the light source bodies 3a and 3b scans the surface of the original 2 on the original table 1, the scanning light causes one optical system 6 including the imaging lens 4 to be scanned. Convergent irradiation is performed on the surface of the light and pressure sensitive sheet 5 via the light. As a result, the surface of the light and pressure sensitive sheet 5 is exposed and a light latent image corresponding to the characters and images on the surface of the original 2 is formed. On the other hand, at the same time, a part of the light emitted from the light source body 3a is passed through another optical system 15 including a reflection mirror 11, a condenser lens 12, a reflection mirror 13, and a condenser lens 14, and a photosensitive pressure-sensitive sheet. 5 color developer sheet 8
The light is also radiated to the peripheral part of the overlapping with, and even at that position, the entire width of the sheet is exposed. Next, the developer sheet 8 is superposed on the surface of the photosensitive pressure-sensitive sheet 5 that has undergone this predetermined exposure process, and is fed between the pressure rollers 10 and 10. At that time, the photosensitive sheet is exposed from the front and rear ends of the developer sheet 8. It does not occur that liquid substances such as chromogen and photocurable resin in the microcapsules on the surface of the pressure sheet 5 are extruded and adhere to the surfaces of the pressure rollers 10, 10.

In this embodiment, only the case where the liquid substance such as the chromogen is prevented from being extruded from the front and rear end sides of the color developer sheet 8 has been described. With respect to the pressure roller 10,1 by forming an optical system that is exposed to light, liquid substances such as chromogens do not protrude from both side edges of the light and pressure sensitive sheet 5 in the feeding direction.
The prevention of adhesion of the liquid substance to 0 is made more effective.

On the other hand, FIG. 2 shows a case in which the sizes of the two originals are different. In this case, as shown in FIG.
If the space between a and 3b changes according to the size of the original 2, the optical system
15 moves together. Also in this case, the position of the surface of the light and pressure sensitive sheet 5 which is exposed to light by the optical system 15 coincides with the peripheral portion where the color developer sheet 8 is superposed, and the pressure roller 10,1 is pressed.
Adhesion of the liquid substance to the 0 surface is surely avoided even in this case. It should be noted that an angle adjusting mechanism of the optical system 15 and the like may be provided so as to be compatible with enlargement and reduction copying, and it is not difficult to appropriately make such a design change.
