The dew falling on the bottom plate of the upper heat conducting box 6 is further passed through the upper drain pipe 16 to form a lower dew receiving plate.
The water drops to 13 and drops on the bottom plate of the lower heat conducting box 7 from the water draining portion 13A at the lower edge thereof, and is discharged to the outside through the lower drain pipe 17.

The dew that has condensed on the lower surfaces of the dew receiving plates 12 and 13 spreads over the entire lower surface of the dew receiving plates 12 and 13 without forming water droplets, and moves backward due to the inclination of the dew receiving plates 12 and 13. It is guided and drops from the draining parts 12A, 13A onto the bottom plates of the heat conducting boxes 6, 7.
