That is, the predation rate is low, and most of it dissipates out into the water, resulting in poor yield. In addition, the raw bait settled on the bottom of the aquaculture pond and rotted, which was also a cause of pollution.

Resistance to illness declined and death was prone to occur, and in the case of yellowtail and the like, the unique flavor was lost.

Then, the water in the mixed raw material is dehydrated, and then deoiled to produce a feed for aquaculture, which relates to a method for producing a feed for aquaculture fish.

The mixed raw material is heated at a temperature of ℃ or less, and the inside of the cooker is gently stirred.

This is for processing. Furthermore, the fact that vitamins A and C and iron contained in the plant raw material are weak against heat is also taken into consideration.

The pressure is reduced, and the oil is heated to promote the evaporation of water on the surface of the mixed raw material for dehydration, and then the pressure is reduced to -740 to 750 mmHg, and the heating is continued for a predetermined time, for example, 30 minutes to 1 hour, and then mixed. The major difference between the stages was the first small depressurization to evaporate the water on the surface of the mixed raw material, and then the high specific pressure reduced the specific gravity of the internal water to less than the specific gravity of the oil, allowing the oil to permeate into the mixed raw material. This is to evaporate the water in the mixed raw material to the outside and increase the dehydration rate.
