【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 合成樹脂材から成るハウジングと、該ハ
ウジングの後端部に嵌合して該ハウジング内の端子金具
の抜け止め係止を行う合成樹脂材から成る端子係止部材
とにより構成するコネクタであって、前記ハウジングと
前記端子係止部材との係合について、前記ハウジングと
端子係止部材との嵌合により両者を係合し、前記端子金
具を前記端子係止部材の挿通孔から前記ハウジングの端
子収容孔に挿入するための前記挿通孔と端子収容孔の中
心軸線同志を一致させる状態の仮止め係合手段と、前記
ハウジングの端子収容孔内に収容した前記端子金具を前
記端子係止部材の挿通孔から抜け出ないようにするため
に前記端子係止部材を前記ハウジングに対して中心軸線
方向に相対的に移動すると共に中心軸線方向と直交する
方向に相対的に移動することによって、前記端子係止部
材を斜め前方に移動して前記挿通孔と端子収容孔の中心
軸線同志をずらせる状態の本係合手段とを有し、前記仮
止め係合状態において電線を接続した前記端子金具を前
記端子係止部材の挿通孔を経て前記ハウジングの端子収
容孔内に挿入し、該挿入終了後に前記本係合状態に移行
して、前記端子係止部材の一部により前記端子金具の抜
け止め係止を行う構成としたことを特徴とするコネク
タ。
