2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in this type of pulse wave measurement, as shown in FIG. 3, only the fingertip is generally inserted into the detection device 12 for measurement, and at the time of measurement, the blood flow state of the fingertip is rested. In order to keep the above, the person to be measured was laid on the bed, and the arm was naturally extended to the body side for measurement.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional configuration, the person to be measured has to bother to lie on the bed, and even in that state, the arm is not fixed, so that the subject does not move. The measurement error was unavoidable. Especially in the case of a finger pulse wave, the sensor output is extremely weak, around 1 mV, so a slight movement of the arm is likely to directly affect the measurement data, which may cause disturbance as an output waveform disturbance or baseline fluctuation. Met. For these reasons, pulse wave measurement cannot be measured at medical institutions such as hospitals without the instructions of a doctor, and despite the fact that the pulse wave itself has an extremely large amount of useful physical information, Not to mention, it is the current situation that normal medical examinations do not require measurement.

The present invention is to solve such a problem, in measuring the pulse wave, without taking a specific posture such as lying on the bed, it is intended that anyone can easily perform accurate measurement. To do.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides an elbow rest provided with an indentation in the shape of the elbow to support the elbow of the human body, and an indentation to support the forearm including the palm. The arm rest and the pulse wave detector provided at the position where the finger is placed on the arm rest are provided, and the elbow rest and the arm rest are telescopically connected.

Action With this configuration, the person to be measured can adjust the positional relationship between the elbow rest and the arm rest according to the length of his or her arm, put his or her arm in the recess, and insert the finger into the pulse wave detector. The arm can be naturally placed in a stable measurement state, and the subject can easily fix the arm anywhere, anytime, and the blood flow state of the fingertip can be stabilized, and who can measure Even so, stable pulse wave waveforms can be measured.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. In the figure, 1 is an elbow rest that supports the elbow of the human body, and an elbow recess 2 is formed in conformity with the shape of the elbow. 3 is an arm stand which is slidably fitted to the elbow stand 1;
Is a forearm recess formed on the arm rest 3. 5
Is a pulse wave detecting portion provided at a position corresponding to the middle finger on the arm rest 3, and a hole 6 matching the shape of the finger is formed inside, and a light emitting portion 7 and a light receiving portion 8 are provided at the fingertip portion. It is built in.
9 is a support column for supporting the elbow rest 1, 10 is a support stand, and 11 is a state of the arm when it is used.

The operation of the above configuration will be described. When measuring the pulse wave, the person to be measured aligns his or her elbow with the indentation 2 of the elbow rest 1 of the elbow rest 1, inserts the middle finger into the hole 6 provided in the pulse wave detector 5, and extends from the elbow to the fingertip. Adjust the arm stand 3 back and forth as shown by the arrow in FIG. 1 so that the length fits your arm.
In this state, the arm of the person to be measured is supported in such a manner as to be accommodated in the recess 2 of the elbow and the recess 4 of the forearm, and is in a stable state. In the pulse wave measurement of the fingertip, the body movement considered to be the largest disturbance is mainly due to the part from the elbow to the tip, and if fixed in the state shown in Fig. 2, the disturbance caused by body movement can be almost ignored. Becomes In this state, the light emitted from the light emitting section 7 is transmitted through the fingertip of the measurement subject, and the transmitted light is detected by the light receiving section 8. It can be replaced, and stable and accurate pulse wave detection can be performed.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As described above, according to the present invention, anyone can easily fix the arm, and thus anyone can easily perform pulse wave measurement that was conventionally impossible without the assistance of medical personnel. At the same time, stable and highly accurate measurement results can be obtained. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to lie on the bed and measure as in the conventional case, the psychological burden on the person to be measured is small, and it is possible to eliminate the drawback of pulse wave measurement in which the psychological state is easily reflected in the measurement value. Further, since the pulse wave can be measured relatively easily, it can be easily used in a normal health checkup or a health check in a general household, which is extremely practical.
