In addition, as a method to save labor and shorten the construction period by eliminating the work of removing the formwork on site, a precast board (hereinafter referred to as PC board) is manufactured near the factory or construction site, and this manufactured PC board is used. There is a method of setting the floor board at the construction position, then using the set PC board as a driving form, and placing concrete on the upper part.

(Means for Solving Problems) Therefore, as a result of repeated research to solve the above problems, the present inventor has used one of the deck plates as a concrete formwork and a rib portion between the other surfaces. , The sound absorbing / sound-insulating layers were packed as if they were sandwiched between them, and a ceiling foundation material layer was placed on top of them to develop an integrated formwork, which was used to place concrete on site. The inventors have found that a floor board with sound insulation can be easily obtained, and problems with the conventional floor board construction can be solved at once, and completed the present invention.

The slab formwork main body 1 of the present invention is a steel deck plate,
Structurally, the concrete poured into the rib portion 3 has a very good strength because it serves as a beam. Therefore, a small amount of concrete to be cast on site is sufficient. The top may be covered with a few cm of concrete. The fact that the amount of concrete to be cast on-site in this way is small is a very favorable structurally because the work and construction period at the site are shortened and the weight of the floor itself is reduced.

(Effects of the Invention) As is apparent from the above description, the present invention has a sound absorbing / sound-insulating material layer sandwiched between concave portions on one side between protruding rib portions of a deck plate, and is superposed on them to form a ceiling base material layer. Since it is a slab formwork having a sound absorbing / sound-insulating layer with a structure provided with, it is not necessary to remove the slab formwork after construction, which greatly shortens the work procedure and construction period for floorboard construction.
